PAKUMBO aka PACOMBO (Mrs.Galang's Kitchen S8 Ep1)

'"PAKUMBO" is a Filipino sweet made with coconut meat, boiled in a thick sugar syrup. Its name is spelled as "PACOMBO" in some provinces, and it is also known as 'BUKAYO" in some regions. It is similar to the Visayan "BOCARILLO".
