How to Install a Toilet Paper Holder on a Wooden Cabinet

We recently updated our bathroom so had to install a new toilet paper holder. This is an easy project for the homeowner and requires minimal tools. I go through the process in this short, how-to video.

I couldn’t figure out how to get the flanges out from the holder. Mine came assembled and instructions didn’t specify to remove the flanges, smh. Thanks for this video.

You aren’t supposed to drill it all the way through your cabinet. That’s why you use wood screws.

Wood screws will strip out, especially if the cabinet sides are made of veneered particle board. Drilling through and bolting is the most secure, longest-lasting option.
