This should just be a series at this point! I’m totally blown away with the amount of knowledge on every single item. My god Richard I wanna visit🥺 much respect for the dedication here 👏🏻
I LOVE this idea!
@@rurich2 if he sold tickets to go through the unit I’d buy 4 !
@@bjornemccomb8262 awe thank you, I would not sell tickets though, I would share for FREE, we have to start being more positive and kind to each other. Jordan shares what he does for free for the world, and this is a great example of passion and sharing! Keep watching, and keep paying it forward! Thanks for the comments!!
To say that Richard’s collection is unique is an understatement! He is a wealth of information about Hollywood and the movie industry. Fantastic video, Jordan!!!
Thank you so much!!
I think this is the best museum you've ever done ❤ can't wait to see the next! I didn't want this to end!❤ What a great collection he has ♥️love old Hollywood!
Thank you very much!
Wow! So excited to see the next video as well! Richard's collection is amazing! Thank you for sharing with us!
Not only is this the coolest collection I’ve ever seen but Richard you are an incredible storyteller! What a cool life you have, God Bless!
Those curtains are all that and a cuppa tea for me. I could deal with them hanging in my house for sure. What a gorgeous piece of history. Thanks Jordan for this gem of a vlog.
Douglas Fairbanks Sr. Grew up in Denver and went to East High School. Years ago his son, Douglas Jr. visited that school. He talked to the students and toured around. They showed it on the news.
I saw Robert DeNiro was originally asked to play Hannibal. I couldn't imagine anyone playing that part other than Anthony Hopkins. I remember being sad when Davis passed away bc we were all big Dallas fans back in the day.
Wow! He has a little bit of everything! Very cool artifacts and pieces! Glad he's taking care of them.
Thank you VERY MUCH, Jordan is the BEST and I was happy he made the journey
THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH RICHARD 😉 . JUST MIND BLOWN & AWESOME TO SEE ALL OF PAST HISTORY.. THANKS AGAIN.
Thank you for watching, Jordan is the best, and I was happy to share it with him and all of YOU!!
Wow, wow, wow!!!! What an absolutely amazing and spellbinding collection!!! I'd hate to be the guy who's job it was to dust everything in there though! :) Right, onto the 3rd video! Thanks Jordan, great as always!
The historic part of the old Charlie Chaplian studio, that later became A& M Studios where the Michael and Janet Jackson recorded so many great records, Joni Mitchell, even Herb Albert & The Tiajuana Brass also Sergio Mendes and Brasil 66 and 77 is ajoined to the larger square building which is the Muppet Studios now, and has been for a long time, however, John Mayer, when his contract with Columbia Records was up a couple of years ago and he decided not to renew, purchased only that of it which is historic and looks like a beautiful English home, and he is the one who has put an also beautiful rendition of Charlie Chaplian in the front window. The ajoined larger portion of it (box like for all of the amazing things that Henson does) still, of course, belongs to and is Henson Studios.
Great video Jordan, both parts. Thank you!
How cool is Richard, such a great friend to have and know. I meet Margaret Hamilton at the Algonquin Hotel in 1981 at a reunion for 42nd street, she was in the ladies room and I heard her laugh and said “ the wicked witch of the west” she came out of the lav and laughed, I was so dumbstruck she shook my hand and said she was so grateful that I remembered her, like who couldn’t just loved her, I was so shocked I never even asked for an autograph, my friends uncle was the matridee (sp) that’s how we got into the party very cool what a night. Ty for always bringing all of this wonderful things, you are the best🤗🥰😎.
I talked to her on the phone once she was really nice!
More awesome stuff The Crow looks incredible the Wizard of Oz figures look cool too
That was just "Wonderful" !!! Love and respect a passionate collector.👍🤗
Thank you VERY much indeed!
I love this. The Wizard of Oz is my favorite movie too. I didn't realize so much injuries happened with the filming. Buddy Epson danced with Shirley Temple in Captain January, The Codfish Ball. My favorite tap dancing scene.
I also like the Elvis and I Dream of Jeannie memorabilia. 😊❤
I LOVE old Hollywood and this is amazing!! If I was in the place of you getting to see all this I would cry of happiness. So many things there are really amazing and it’s awesome how close people can get to movie props and long gone famous people!!
I am speechless! This was so much fun. I can't imagine what it felt like to be there & see everything. Please tell him thank you so much for caring about the history of Hollywood and the music industry. Truly an incredible collection & it sounds like there was so much packed away that you didn't see. Hoping you could do a few more vlogs someday when he unpacks what's in storage. I'm so excited to hear about his life. Thank you Jordan!
Thank you so very much indeed!!
Nice collection. Met Margaret Hamilton when I was little in Florida at the Marco Beach Hotel . She was very sweet. ❤
This was awesome to watch! He has so much.
Hey Jordan is VIXX McNaughten here you know me spoken to you several times in messenger etc. We have a wizard of Oz VHS and after the film it has a documentary about the make up and buddy and Jack and also had the jitter bug on it etc
Fantastic Collection… A must see Thanks Jordan and thanks to Richard for taking the time to collect these treasures
My pleasure!
Fantastic video ,great guest Thanks Jordan.
I remember the story of Buddy Ebsen & the silver makeup. What I hasn’t heard was they just got another actor. I am glad they got a healthier make- up for him. Wizard of Oz has always been one of my favorite movies.
Incredible collection, many thanks for preserving movie history.
More awesome stuff. Love this stuff. Thank you, Richard, for letting Jordan film and share all your wonderful things with us all. I loved looking at the wonderful pieces of movie history.
Thank you VERY MUCH, Jordan is the BEST and I was happy he made the journey
This was a tremendous vlog - a 'must see' for any movie buff. The stories were fascinating and the collection itself is truly astounding - as for the curtain from Grauman's Chinese Theatre - Wow! So glad there will be a 3rd video with Richard.
Many thanks Jordan.

This collection is amazing Cheri Tn
Even though Buddy Ebsen couldn’t star in the Wizard of Oz it’s his voice sing the song when the Tin man did his part I thought that was nice.
Can’t wait for part 3.
Richards’s collection is indescribable awesomeness
Really love this video and what an engaging collector.Well done.
Thank you very much I appreciate it!
It's amazing how great some of the actors were back then, they really went above and beyond for their fans. Ray Bolger walking down the street to add Jack Haley's signature to the photo for a fan. Margaret Hamilton giving fabric from the original witch costume and hand signing all the dolls. Those stories are awesome as is his collection.
Not from the witches costume but from one of her black dresses
Fantastic, thanks for sharing !
Another amazing video Jordan! I collect old Hollywood memorabilia (mostly signed documents), but I can't touch Richard's collection! I got curious about Dorothy Barrett and looked her up on IMDB. She was indeed in "The Wizard of Oz" and "Gone with the Wind" as well as "Mildred Pierce" with Joan Crawford. Richard said she died at the age of 96, but according to IMDB she died at the age of 101 in 2018. I have a feeling Richard's assessment of 96 is correct. Keep the awesome videos coming Jordan!
Yea she was 96
Very interesting thanks
He has some cool things❤!!!!
this place is WILD thanks JOrdan
Hello, hello!
😊
3rd vlog coming! yeah!!!
Well done, Jordan and Richard! Richard, do you have anything from either Clara Bow or Jean Harlow in your amazing collection? Again, just fabulous!!
I have BOTH in my collection
THX. FOR THIS VIDEO,,, THIS GUY IS GREAT!!! HE IS A GREAT TEACHER OF FILMS,,.. BUT THX. S FOR YOUR SERVICE ,, IN THE AIR FORCE... I AM A VETERAN ALSO....
Thank you VERY MUCH, Jordan is the BEST as well and I was happy he made the journey
Thank YOU very much for your comments, really nice of you!
cool info
I am the 1000th person to thumbs up ya Jordan 👍🏻😎🇺🇸🦅
Need more of Richard & Todd Fisher!!!
I agree, Jordan needs to get us together, I would love to meet Todd!
Ahh, another excellent video! I'm wondering if Richard has all these items documented for himself. Like, will his family know what the Bud can was when Richard is gone? And hopefully he has it lined up that these go to a museum after he passes. That's another question, will he ever open a museum to share these amazing items with the public?
Yes all documented and will be disposed of properly in the case of my demise...hopefully not though! no just a private place for me and friends, and those invited...
@rurich2 thanks for the reply and for sharing your collection! It's amazing!
OK IM OBSESSED! WAIT, is that the mask made for Joan Crawford for “Strait Jacket”???!!!
Yes!
🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
Let’s be friends!!!!!
I’ve been looking EVERYWHERE for that mask and wanting know where it ended up😂🤘🏼🤘🏼
Wow
I'm sure he has a very good security system...lot of $$$ in there. Just amazing.
Yes I do indeed!! :)
So many momentos and stories. I wonder if he has documented all of this somehow, either written or via recordings.
Yes I do indeed
30:00 Carole had no children, but she had two brothers who MAY have had children (I looked online but can't be sure). So if multiple "heirs" want the ring, who would actually possess it? Chances are it would end up being auctioned, as you said, with the heirs splitting the money. He who found it should keep it.
A Lombard museum (featuring the ring) is a great idea. I always wondered what happened to Carole's possessions (clothes etc.) after she died. Probably Clark's next wife tossed them out when she married him (1949) and moved in and redecorated the house. Carole outlived her dad and her mom died with her. Her Last Will is two pages, and her brothers are not mentioned, but then neither is her mom. Looks like Clark got it all.
❤❤
❤
$O fanta$tic... Thank You Very Much from, Portland, Oregon.
I am wondering if he has any items from late night TV stars, such as Johnny Carson, David Letterman, Tom Snyder, Dick Cavett, etc.
I laos have a good OZ COLLECTION for decades #medavogoz
INCREDIBLE - PRE$ENTATION.
These videos are fascinating! This may have been said somewhere already but is this open to the public? I live in NC and I would love to see this in person!
where are you in NC? thanks for watching!
@@rurich2 I am in North Topsail Beach
Wait..is this stuff all in his home? What will happen to it after he passes? I'm so intrigued. Great stuff!!
why am I gonna die....LOL provisions made thank you!
@@rurich2 aw no it was just a fleeting thought..theres so much that shouldn't go to waste. Sorry!
Does he have something from "Guys and dolls"? I would love to see the costumes
Just some signed photos
Does Richard have a plan for the collection when he needs a nursing home or after his death to keep the collection together at a museum or in a trust to preserve his collection?
Ugh….I do indeed but would rather not think about THAT….lol
🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝
I’m disappointed that their wasn’t any Weird Al Yankovic memorabilia available
I have lots of Weird Al stuff :)
Aloha from Hawaii took place in January 1973 and the faces of Elvis could’ve been done better
I said that's a 74 head....but thank you for your help with Elvis information, sorry you did not like the Elvis heads, can you send me a photo of yours so I can do mine better.....wow, this is what you come up with on Jordans page, when he works SO hard to give you and others entertainment. Do me a favor, just WATCH, enjoy, learn, and maybe ADD with a positive comment, like AMAZING job Jordan, well done, thank YOU! See some of the above comments for reference.....Thanks for watching though, keep doing it Jordan is worth it!
There is always a complainer. Always.. it makes it so rewarding for us that make time to make the videos.. definitely
Amazing museum....but why does it have to be so messy.....lol
messy.....? ummmm not sure what to write here....let me see your museum collection, so I can get some ideas on how to make it NOT messy....lol
