What is most iMportant is how reliable is the engine and autoparts. You don’t wanna get stranded becuase the engine has reliability issues
These are wonderful, however buyers should know their restrictions. All have small tanks, most less than 20 gallons. Which means your water use, showers, restroom use are limited to pretty much overnight camping only. Also, many are standard 2 AGM batteries and 1000 watt inverter. Meaning that you are camping wherever you can run an extension cord from, no running the heater, using the microwave, etc. And yes, I want one anyway. 🤣
I've only ever seen one that features a reclining seat. That's what those of us in mid-60s really need for total relaxation.
The most important thing in a camper van is the electrical layout so that you can upgrade or downgrade your power supply. A sockets USB connectors etc. then the second is the washroom everything else can be customizable, for example lounge setting versus cargo setting, Roof bed, Foldable tables portable refrigerator, portable cooking stove etc.
Waiting for a camper van designed for a single person. Less seating, more storage, larger fridge and bath. I like the movable wall feature for the shower, allowing for a larger toilet area and shower rather than a wet bath using a shared footprint.
Me too.
Check out the bath in the new Winnebago Ekko. It's genius.
@@TW--- A very old idea... ; )
I'd suggest the Roadtrek Zion SRT. It's one of the smallest and cheapest RVs in North America
@@Serkin76 I said the Ekko is new. The bath is from Europe, like other things making their way into U.S. rv's. Where else have you seen this type of bath in a US market RV?
I feel like the RV companies are missing a huge market opportunity in class B campers. Other than the Revel, where are the GenX /Millennial camper vans? Something does not look like they pulled the cabinetry out of grandmas garage. A van with a gear garage that can hold real stuff like full size bikes, inflatable paddle boards, has an onboard air compressor, expandable battery capacity for boondocking, etc. Full size indoor showers waste so much space and they fill up the grey water in a hot minute., but I like the outdoor shower idea and an indoor flex shower for those times when it is not feasible to shower outdoors.
My main layout necessity would be a large gear garage that can haul bikes and keep them inside when using the bed. Next would be an electrical setup that is sufficient to go for days without plugging in.
This is exactly what I’m most interested in - - camper vans with bathrooms!
Bathroom with shower, always a must have.
Great that you include the prices.
I dig all these. For me, I want a bathroom to travel with me. Of course I want a kitchen or a way/place to store and prepare food. But the toilet and shower is the icing on the cake. The vans have it all! I love em! Thanks for the video!
❤️💜💚
Yea. That RAM Nova Coachman seems to offer the most bang for buck:-)
@@ianrkav à
The best presentation of Class B that I have seen this year (2021). Salute.
For me it's the amount of space and good use of the space. Having a shower and toilet. All everything must be well thought out with good use of the space.
Nova for the price, and #1 for all that you get!!!!
Agree
The most important thing to me would be a bathroom.... That would be a must-have!
GRECH RV - Class B STRADA -ION is battery and you can skip these worries and care/maintenance of the generator. Its a huge peace of mind. We love ours.
So tell me now, how are we supposed to get a van that I like from Germany to the USA without spending double the money to have it re-certified in the USA?
Good question!!!! Let me know when you get the answer.
Buy a model you like and have it custom built in your area
Think if its 25 years or older the vehicle would be DOT exempt, or move to Germany for a year, and take it home as household goods.
If you ever need a vehicle like this. You should be in the middle of nowhere in America. How is the government going to find you to get you to certify it. 🤣🤣🤣
To answer the question - you can't. Go to Humble Road
I always want to see America, so I hope one of these days any vehicle like these will accompany me on those roads !
Most important bath shower included. Then a large refrig with separate freezer. Solar to run and instant on hot water heater. Twin beds or separate sleeping for two. Then deep sink and 2 burner or radiant heat strive top. Microwave. Not asking too much!. Other things Max air fan. A/C and out side shower.
Hi folks! What my wife and I really want is a vehicle that allows us to travel without having to find an open rest stop or use a filthy public toilet, yet has a few luxury items like a small fridge and perhaps a microwave for light duty cooking. We don't intend to camp, though if we do, we'll tow a travel trailer. Mainly just want a good long distance travel vehicle.
Buy a composting toilet.
I love these, Love that they have a bathroom not crazy about the outside shower. I hope they are even more improve when I'm ready to buy. Ready to sell every thing and hit the road.
NO. SE ENTIENDE UNA 💩
Watched this video again and number 1 was my favorite!!!!!! When I get rich, I am going to buy it!!!
I like a fixed bed, bathroom and shower inside, I like the slide door on the bathroom that acts to squeegee the door when opening it after a shower, induction top stove, refrigerator, TV and lots of fans.
I watched this video again and I think this is one of your best!!!!!!!
High quality video. Informative. Enjoyed this. Thanks!
Toilet and bathroom SINK are a must 4 me along with hanging space.
We would like a third sleeping bed for our young adult son. Bathroom is a plus. Refrigerator a big plus for me, not so much for my husband. We have been camping & boating / sailing for vacation for years , so we have learned how to use a cooler efficienly.
Another great camper video which is no surprise!!! Minds eye you are the best!!!
Enclosed Toilet/shower space, fresh water tank capacity and a lengthy bed. The commercial camper van builders should also build their camper van on regular cheap van so that by and large all people can afford one.
I love the indoor wet bath feature the most
Number 5 would be my choice, for both price and being non- MB engine. Great layout and features for the price. I'd prefer a Ford engine, but will settle as is above the other more expensive options. Great presentation.
The life of a geologist is one of constant work changes, a nice camper van will be essential for me. Something I really want is wifi and a place to set up a computer desktop. Comforts like an on suit bathroom and shower are a great touch as well
Camper on the gO!!!!!
Its mostly a house for sure
Relaxing,
Os veículos são ótimos, aqui no Brasil está crescendo essa modalidade de vida. Vocês poderiam ter uma fábrica de motorhome no Brasil. Parabéns pelo vídeo. Um grande abraço
Most important features include Both front seats swivel & use swivel table (ideally, converting to 2nd bed), indoor bathroom w/shower, skylight access to rooftop solar plus patio deck, freezer in fridge, hot water, bed padding, storage, awning. Ideally, galley window enables faucet access (if not full slide-out cook surface plus sink). I've seen camper vans that allow the entire galley unit (incl fridge) to swivel or roll onto outdoor shelf set up via locking castors ... brilliant!
Which camper van swivels the kitchen out? I like the cooler that pulls out on rollers from a cabinet inside.
Yes Rosemarie; you got it summed up girl! Good going!
Essential for me are a closet,
drawers for clothes & those
great pantry (pull outs)
And not just one!
Also, I absolutely must have
as many windows as possible!
I won’t even consider a van
that closes off the back win-
dows or has smaller windows!
Oh no!
Now that I am experiencing
being colder I am interested
in extra insulation and extra
heating solutions!
Perhaps even sectional panels
to section off parts of the van
to target areas to heat.
And it may not be feasible but
I really wonder if it’s possible
to have a washer & dryer?
Now that would be perfect!
I love your idea because is what I would like :)
I would like to add a "hide out ramp" for loading my toys or my working equipment, the hide out ramp will be my deck area :) and a drop down bed on the back so there is plenty of space for a nice cargo/entertainment area with one of the side windows will open up with a serving shelf. More head room
Now that's what I'd like for camping
For us, a comfortable bed that can accommodate two fairly large people, a really good air conditioner/heater, and a shower that is tall enough for a six foot tall person is key. Hopefully, the van would also be reliable and not a breakdown waiting to happen!
a toyota sienna with some modification can accomodate this, the shower portion unfortunately would be outdoors only
but other than that; it's possible.
I don't like all the weights on the van that's why I bought a strip van and like to build my self with my own design. I want more room inside and use light weight materials,.. oh and the prices you showing are not same if you buy this vans it's double of that now.
I would love my next camper to have a permanent bedroom at the rear end and a close by full bathroom. The captain chairs would do perfectly well for two, eating and sitting. That would be exactly what we both desire. No need or desire to carry any passengers or accommodate any extra sleepers.
Hello Boris Karloff, thank you for watching!
@@mindseyedesign My absolute pleasure.
Bathroom, closet & pantry! Larger refrigerator & freezer! Washer & dryer & lots of windows for open feeling! I like wood ceilings & floors too!
4 x 4 is a must
the most important thing for a rv is to meet my specifications sheet and have a decent price.
Should review the video with Airstream 24X. Most important for me is space, storage with all commodities. Really the 24x meets most of my needs
My concern is how can one afford this Vans so expensive some are same price as a HOUSE !! I don’t know how to justify something like this .. Also if you want to finance something like this is a Nightmare you have to have PERFECT credit and after this Pandemic left some of us a bit damaged!!! Great video
That's always been the case with B classes, guess when you build a conversion compared to the ground up. There are some bus builds or even c classes that are way more reasonable.
I will agree 100 percent. The prices is out of sight. My favorite is a step van or a tool van. They are built very strong. Build your own thing. My built would be very simple. They have steps inside. The highth is at least 7 ft. Tall. Put in your own windows and air also heat to. Nice and roomy
Add insulation etc. Simple you have a. Home ready to move in. About 2 weeks. Wish i had the money to buy one. Im ready for the road. Im depressed because i cant. Ive been locked in the city life rat race cage all my life. Im 75 yrs. Old now. No savings. Cant save any money on minimum wage. Dead end jobs. Never been out of my town but 4 times on a 2 hour drive. Its been 20 yrs. Im ready for a nomad life. I need to work on the road but dont know what i can do. I dont know anything about computers
@@janchapman3746 Hello Sir … May I may make a suggestion for you .. I know that Amazon hires people who are traveling (Nomads) maybe something to look into .. My best vibes and hopefully things get better..
Hi willuam i will certainly keep amazon in mind. Appreciate it thank you .
the bath room and tolit sold me on this camper van!!

Bathroom and beds are most important to me. Great job all on the video.
Nice videos of South Mountain Park in Phoenix, AZ! Great presentation, good luck and wonderful travels.
Yeah camper vans! Loved them for years….
I'm surprised that the Pleasure Way van wasn't on this list. To me it is number one!
No outdoor shower for me. Love the wet baths. I absolutely need WiFi capability to work on the road and heating / AC.
They are all nice I would like the porcelain toilet. but these are for camping or weekend excursions. I am looking for one that I can call home.
6:27 - That Loef van is 🔥. Got to sell that in the 🇺🇸.
It would be nice to see small business owners who convert vans who are looking for customers. It could be advertisements for them.
I'd choose a 15 year old Pleasure Way B+ on a Ford chassis for a third of the cost.
Closet space and a nice bathroom, are in important too me.
The shower and toilet are my main concern.
Wow that's fantastic
o Brasil precisa desta qualidade.muito show
You completely missed the Pleasure Way Ascent! Better than any of them in build quality and warranty.
Waiting for one with electric slides that extend out. That would be the ultimate camper van! A little more space up top as well and would be perfect 👍
You don’t need a camper you need a house!
@@rowan7658 hahaha I was just thinking about when I buy a house how warm and cozy I would make it feel and then this comment! I am working on a house and soon will have one you were right on! Lol merry Christmas
Theyre all cool. I just cant see myself ever throwing down 165 grand for one though. I would just buy a used van and gut it and make my own for way less money.
True, only a lot of work to do that. Tools, skills, a place to do the work, and time.
@@mindseyedesign if you can afford the $165k but choose to build yourself so a whopping 100k saving plus, you got a lot free time for that 100k and the more advanced stuff few hire skilled people every now again through project. if i was going to do one i start with double Decker bus or coach you can get a running one for under 15$k spend another 50-60K $ you got a house size rv for price of a van converted, and those coach based usa rv they go for 1million plus and they only got one floor
Parabéns pelo belo vídeo!
I m from Pakistan. No such camper van company has introduced their products in Pakistan. I think they should try as tourist industry is flourishing in Pakistan too.
Coachmen Nova starts at $134,856 USD, 57% higher than the price in your video.
Wish US company made camper vans like Japan and Europe, the styling is much more cool looking
looks like lots US campers based on Europe vans, the mercs, the ram power.... that just a fiat just usa rv convert on Europe van, we use same vans as rv too but prob rv builders closer to home
The two best are Pleasure Way and Leisure from Canada
That's brilliant.
I will agree the 2nd. One. Wow....love it. Wish i could afford it.
Those were beautiful
Very cool video and a thumbs up liked.
I love it!! I want to eventually buy one!
The most important: bathroom with shower. The second one: safety.
I agree.
Same here!
I’m quite surprised you left out Leisure Vans. Perhaps the best on the market. If not best then certainly better than most listed here. Only one I know of has a dry bath. Really open feeling floor plans. Beautifully designed.
Why that that surprise you? We featured Leisure Vans in several other videos over the years. Our regular viewers would start throwing popcorn at us if we use the same camper vans each week, or worse, chuck tomatoes, for stuffing every list worthy model in one video. I do agree with you about Leisure Vans deserving a top spot. You may enjoy this video we have Leisure Travel Vans as the number one camper van czcams.com/video/vIG7-FLFtfw/video.html Thank you for watching!
It's a great video all are good It's not easy to choose
Pleasureway (any model Class B) or Coachmen Beyond far exceeds all of these in features and price/value.
Me too. I was surprised that they didn't mention anything about Pleasure-Way RV. Here is my favorite:
czcams.com/video/1LFEHUMbL_Q/video.html
if only they weren't the price of a house
The most important aspect for me is passenger capacity. I’m looking for something that can carry 6-8 people, with kitchen and bath. Sleeping arrangements are not important to me since we will rarely use it for overnight accommodations. I need something for cross country trips to prepare a quick roadside snack and a bathroom so we’re not looking for a place for 4 children to go potty every 20 minutes.
Airstream’s Interstate series.
number 9 is my favorite
The most important thing is the bathroom and shower inside
Superb intresting and good informetion video
What a beautiful hearse!
Wow! Acciminkia!
My only real problem with most of these offerings is not enough headroom- I'm 6ft 2inch tall and need at lest 2inch more height to feel comfortable and don't need sleeping for more then me lol
for me the best option is a shassis based single cab truck and separate camper with everything you need for constant living.
Dreaming to one of these
The best video . I like it .
Nice
Be nice if these coach builders allowed for customer choice of platform ( Dodge, Ford, etc.). Also customer choice of floor designs.
You missed Pleasure Way
belo belissimo um espetacula já tenho a sprinterteto alto estou costmisando artesanalmente , shoooow
Most important features, price has to be cheaper than real estate drastically, efficiency and energy including insulation and electrical hook ups and size
Most important thing to me is interior mtn bike storage.
Thanks for a great video
Glad you enjoyed it
Adaptable Cruise Control and a bathroom
Trivia Answer: A Porsche powered Tempo Mikafa Sport? Circa 1955?
I soo appreciate this video. Sadly I liked none presented for my needs. It did help me to eliminate a lot of rvs I was considering. I thank you for this.
The process of elimination is how most decide on which camper to buy.
I always like to have good sleeping area and comfortable bath!!
Thankyou very much
Very nice campers
