My Experience was quite Poor, Hectic bureaucracy, Pathetic Management, Non Professional Contact officer/ Sub Inspector. Highly not recommended. if you have overseas Driving Licence, bring your International Permit from the Relevant country, so you do not need Pakistani Driving Licence. NHMP Islamabad and Pakistan Zindabad.🙂🙂🙂

Eye test shouldn’t be failed unless person is legally blind Exemption should be for whole process. Not just for 42 days time period.

I had the experience to make driving licence in Lahore Arfa Kareem centre and the process is very difficult first of all they were not allowing me to use my own automatic car and was convincing me to use their manual car for driving test and when I asked then I can use my auto car it's allowed than their behaviour was very changed.

ITP license process is more smooth well there is a reason the NHMP process is so time-consuming cause fewer people tend to apply for it also other licensing authorities tend to make a lot of profit on the issuance of licenses as compared to the NHMP

Did you have to give in/give up your Qatari driving license while doing this? i.e for example If I have a foreign licence (Eu country license in my case) but want to additionally make a Pakistani driving license for various reasons can I do that without having to give up my foreign license.. for info I'm a POC card holder with a foreign passport).

This is not an exemption or Conversion.. conversion means just transfer..

They don’t have any authority to take your other license from you. I didn’t have to give up my Qatari license, it’s still with me
