It's early style fuel injection and has a cold start lever that's similar to a choke but really just fast idle. Also you have to pull in the clutch to start.
No it doesn't do either of those things. You can get the FI codes by putting a jumper wire in the diagnostic connection under the seat/rear cowl. It will tell you a code on the dash area. coo, co1, ect.
This bike was on ebay auctions twice and both times the winning bidder did not pay and would not respond to my messages. It's now on "Iconic Motorbikes Auctions" website. That auction ends 3/2/21 at 10am. If it doesn't sell there it will be on Colorado springs craigslist.
