I don't care what anyone says, Gojo is the goat in this fight, bro fought a 1v3 against the strongest characters in the whole verse and still handed thier asses to them, if not for Mahoraga, Gege would've had to come up with a new villain.
Gege is a Sukuna glazer and doesn't like Gojo as much. The fight showed Gojo was the strongest but then the awful post fight speech (when Gojo was dead) Gege had Gojo saying Sukuna wasn't even trying and he was stronger which is the complete opposite of what the fight was showing. Gojo was stamping out all of the underhanded tactics and hax Sukuna was using.

Crazy some people really think this was a fair fight. Sukuna was basically almost back to his original state, had inhabited the body of Gojo's student who raised from a child, had Megumi's amazing powers to utilise in Mahorga (who quite literally solely caused Gojo to lose) and Agito. It was a 3v1. Don't get it twisted Gojo is the strongest today and of all time. Underhanded techniques put him away and bad ones at that.

The fact he had Gojo spouting "Sukuna was much stronger and not even trying" in heaven solidifies that. The glaze will never end if the author prefers a character over another - even if its a major fan favourite. It just makes no sense "he is stronger and not trying" but he was getting whooped the whole fight and had to use underhanded tactics like possessing Gojo's first student and using his insane hax ability in Mahoraga - yeah not trying.

This fight is amazing Instead of "I have 9000 power level thus everyone beneath me cannot defeat me" we got anime fights that heavily emphasizes on strategy and tactics.
Even the powers used in their fight are also well efficient and serve a purpose instead of just throwing an energy ball like throwing a rock and explode with a force of a nuke. The only problem is the binding vow. To this date gege did not explain the full nature and mechanism of the binding vow. So gojo's death by binding vow for me is a major asspull.
