I have a big problem with his words saying it will go into Mexico but flooding expected for Island and Mainland , I’m I only one with this problem , rain for Island forecast flat at 1 to 2 foot expected
Houstonian here, I have a life vest just in case I come across a flash flooding 😅 I know someone who came across one that drowned and sadly passed away and left 3 kids without a mom ..
It really depends on what side of town get the heaviest down pours and where the rain just sits over. 🤷🏽♀️ Welcome to Houston. Sadly, trees and soil are constantly being tore down and dug up for cement to do homes and businesses being built. Less soil to soak up the water and the rain ends up in neighborhoods/homes
Yup, a typical summer day. This forecaster is honest, methodical, and clear. How refreshing.
Methodical?
Planing something
The % just continues to rise used to be 20% now its 70%

CYA as they just predict what computers say.
I’m new to Houston as of February this year. Does Spring flood a lot compared to actual Houston?
Not really it's usually near downtown and the south side thats constantly flooding.
