Thanks Dave. Lol probably just a tiny bit, probably more like you, just willing to learn new things when the opportunities present themselves. We're just handy guys you and I. Yeah the igniters seem to go bad on most gas things, especially gas ovens. I've had to replace quite a few of those. Luckily they're super easy. Nice! Yeah I love those little voltage tester pens to verify power is off. Klein and some others even make testers that dont require batteries so no worry about a dead battery. I may get one of those next to add to the arsenal 👍
I have a gas robertshaw fireplace with electric pilot but when I flip the wall switch I don’t hear any clicks and nothing happens. I used to be able to try a few times and get it to finally click on the fireplace but now it seems to be dead. Any idea what this could be? I swapped out the wall switch not too long ago too so I don’t think it’s that.
