It is not impossible, but you have to take a lot of care so that your skin is not darkened any further. The most important thing is using a sunscreen, because tanning has darkened your skin. Use a good quality sunscreen with high spf. The next thing is removing your tan. Tomatoes, potato, the white part of watermelon, lemon and honey, these act as tan removers. But don't go out in the sun immediately after using these, or else your skin will get darkened again. You can do this in the evening. Using a vitamin C face wash and moisturizer helps in lightening skin tone. Also, don't forget to eat and sleep properly, and drink lots of water. These DO contribute to your skin care.

Hello sir,
I go out of home very rarely, but when I go outside mostly on bike, within some time my skin gets darken. So I used full tshirts, glasses to save maximum parts of the body from tanning . But my neck, hands and face turns black and it shows the drastic difference.
It takes 2 weeks to normalize my hands color but my neck and face is not getting normal.
If compared my face with inner body skin, it looks darken.

I've favor to ask I'm suffering from deep skin issues. A year ago when I went on a trip I lost my original skin color cause of sun tan but at that time I didn't took it seriously. And now I'm more darker than before. I don't know how to deal with this tan. Home remedies like gram flour ain't working on my skin it make it more darker idk why so is there any genuine treatment to get my original skin back? :(

My problem is that I go out very rarely during the day, only in the morning or evening after office. But due to the heat in North India, UV rays make my skin tan very quickly.I think I will apply sunscreen if I go out but i sweat so much I go outside and apply some cream, but I sweat a lot and the whole cream comes out.
Please suggest something for this.
