Good to see the vlog on Apples, Really enjoyed the recipe of apple kheer. I really appreciate kinnaur farmer that they are growing apples without using any chemical and they really keeping in their mind about the health of people. Anjali ji please do let me know how can I get these apples and other stuff delivered in Gurgaon. So we don't have to purchase chemically grown apples.
Kinnauri apple seems top notch. I think there should be better transportation and marketing for these domestically. Everyone should be able to enjoy these juicy delights. Unfortunately I noticed that when these reach down south India, the crispness and juices loses because of the summer heat. I’ve had Himachali apples from orchards and it’s really good.
