    In Perth rezoning light industrial into some thing else or or cutting out a few industrial buildings for railway bridges is exactly what they talk about here. Even shitty places are in demand. Residential is getting more and smaller, therefore your stuff gets stored. This is true for anyone downsizing or getting divorced.

    Where is it in location-wise in Australia best suitable for these businesses startup looking at the state budgets as well as supply and demand on transport and suitability and liveability 4 business owners

    Love the show, commercial property is good however yields are very low, I like a minimum 8% NET in major capital, think the end of 2023 and the start of 2024 will be good buying in commercials.
