1x1 blindfolded is so hard, I tried it at multiple competitions and always got a DNT (Did Not Turn), it's so frustrating

I got a shapeshifted 1x1 and got kooc (kicked out of competition)
@@leoppo0 i accidentally turned 1x1 into a 2x2, and got kbtc (killed by the competition)

It's nice to hear about your jorney. I empathise with rubiks cube influncing other areas of your life. I'm new to solving but I've already noticed it. I have been slowly losing dexterity and fine motorcontrol due to frequent seizures but rubiks cube has helped me gain back some of that and slow the detoration. Having a repitive, easy to do task that can help train my hands is really useful. I just got into it so I could show off to my siblings, I never imagined the other ways it could benefit me.

This was so powerful to my 7 year old son. For a few days now, he’s been telling me about “the tingman video that almost made him cry” and wanting me to see it. Watching it with him at bedtime tonight was a really special moment. I’m so grateful that he wanted to share this with me because it meant so much to him. Just wanted to say, I loved this video. I’m attending my first cubing competition next week and I’m only doing 2x2, 3x3, and 5x5.
But you inspire me to try to learn 3x3 blind again. I tried before but only ever got it where two pieces were flipped. I don’t want to add new stuff to my brain right before a comp so it’s getting added on to my yearly goals list.
