No Problem, the difference between a 4mm shaft and a 3/16 shaft with a .150 cable, the rotational mass would be so little i don't think you could measure it. and you would have one less part to deal with { Prop Adapter ) a possible failure point. now If you needed to run smaller 4mm hub props, then the 4mm shaft would be the way to go.
