I'm actually glad Natasha Denona isn't concerned about swatches and is more concerned about how they perform on the eye. Some companies are making formulas just to swatch pretty. Swatches are ok to see the color but I care about performance on the eye. Thank you for the review!
I’m glad you are always so transparent with us especially in regards to the blushes. The only face products I have enjoyed are the bloom face palettes and the the diamond & blush palette. I saw Natasha in her stories explaining and swatching these new products. And when she showed the rose cheek duo palette, she said there is a I need a Rose lipstick coming. Ever since I’m thinking, maybe a Rose themed palette (midi? Mini?) for Valentine? Would be soooooo interesting!
If you have big Biba for the shimmer and dark matte and the large Pillow Talk palette for the peach mattes, I think you can easily dupe mini Biba.

It reminds me of a more “toned down” version of the coral palette which I own and love. I don’t necessarily feel like I NEED this palette, but I can’t help myself for the price. Always excited to see your thoughts on things like this 🧡

I feel quite underwhelmed about this launch in general, ND could’ve done it better, and I actually can relate to the people who said they’d rather see a few repeat shades from the biba on the mini version of it, just because there are a few shades in Biba which I would love to try without paying $129 all at once, but it’s also nice to see brand new shades, it would’ve been much nicer with another layout of colors though...

I knew I wanted the get the palette but I debated if I wanted to get the blush highlighter duo for like the whole day yesterday. I bought both lol the palette looks really pretty and very wearable. I got mine yesterday too! I'm so excited to play with it but I do think it looks a lot like the glam face palate shade light that I have as well..
Well at first I was jumping on both, but decided the palette reminds me of the Rudolph palette from colourpop so I want to look at it in person first. Definitely getting the blush, though, the next time I place an order.
I am a believer that there is a better formula in the bigger palettes. I got the Sunset palette when it was on sale at Sephora recently and just whoa - so good! Then seeing your biba swatches made me nod my head.

The mini Biba reminds me more of the midi Retro with the pink tones. I would prefer the same shades as the large Biba as I don’t have it - there is a huge push to make Biba a midi palette as most of us prefer that size for the price and then being able to afford more variety. Is your necklace APM Monaco?

I like the extension because personally I don’t reach for orangey tones and I was excited for more rosey colors because I think they are more flattering on my skin tone. I have Biba and the glam palette and I think its going to be a good companion to all the Natasha palette that I have, and for $25 I think I’m going for it

I love that Ali are blending brush’. It’s so tiny! It’s great to blend darker colors that u don’t want to get too crazy.

I’m super excited about this mini I thought the same with the cream blush that it’s more dry but once I watch Natasha video she said it’s more of a dry formula
I got this palette and find the references to “pink” odd personally. It was the selling point for me based on the description (I thought maybe the pics were misleading and took a shot) but the transition shades to me are more orange/peach and the darker shades are definitely red undertoned. Gonna be honest, don’t like the Mini Biba (IMO). Feels dated somehow,, like when every palette was super warm.
Try the.elf dupe for $6 so creamy and shimmer shades are beautiful 😉
Ah love me some Biba. I thought the Glam Face palette might be too pink for me when I got it and now seeing it next to the mini Biba I think that one will be waaaay too pink for me. It’s really gorgeous though!
I’m with you I hate repeat shades because I buy 95% of her stuff so I don’t want repeat shades if I wanted to make a mini on the go I’ll pop them out and throw them in some thing customizable
I don’t know what you did with the liner and lashes there but the look went from like whatever to amazing so stunning
So many pink/rosey tones lately!!! I feel like this pallet is actually closer to the big retro. I mean I bought it cuz it’s cute and a good price but I prefer the glam face pallet. It was just interesting to me that this was the mini biba.

In my opinion, comparing the shades of the shadows is possible using swatches. But the quality has to be with the performance on the eyes. You did great job with this look. Love it!
I feel like I could get a similar look on the eyes with my good ol’ Modern Romance palette

I have the big $129 palette which I haven't used since the first few months I got it lol I mean I love all her palettes I just have a big collection so stuff gets put up and I forget what I have lol but I'm curious about the cheek Duo! 🥰

Interesting! - I didn’t find the swatches from the mini to be any different from the big palette! I did think the Mini Biba shimmer was lackluster in general compared to Biba and the Glam face palettes but that’s so curious about the swatches. And I really liked the blush lol - I liked it being dryer 🤔🤷🏼♀️ I wonder if it has to do with humidity and temperature or skin type or whatnot - anyways I always enjoy your videos! Thanks Morgan!

I heard the blush in Glam was dry but couldn’t resist trying it for the highlight. Actually…imo it feels dry when you touch it, but it applied like a dream with that soft Elf stippling brush. You do need that pouncing motion to tap it on, but then I find I can blend over it in a circular motion to kind of blur and it works nicely. I layer it 2 -3 times to build it up usually because I like a stronger blush, but I’ve been pleased with it so far and was expecting the worst.
I prefer the ND mini's having all new shades. The larger palette singles remove. It's super easy to make my own on the go smaller palette. I heard they're recalling the face & eyeshadow palette. Since the blush is defective.
Thanks for the comparisons. Perhaps, if one didn’t have nearly every Natasha Denona palette like myself, this would be an ok purchase. It definitely depends on the person. I hit pan on every shade on my mini nude. The shimmer shades are gorgeous on that particular palette. This new mini Biba eyeshadow palette doesn’t intrigue me, despite being neutral.
Kaleidos brushes are really nice for the price. Their shadows are nice too and reasonably priced as compared to ND. I bought a 5 brush eye set for $9 and loved them so much I bought a duplicate brush set. I’m just experimenting with her formula with the BIBA & RETRO. I wonder why ND, will not sell minis with some shadows from her larger more cost prohibitive palettes?

I have all her minis and a good amount of her big daddy palettes and the biggest one…. HANDS DOWN THE RETRO IS THE MOST BUTTERY BEST OF HER EVER in my opinion
I totally agree; there is a difference in the formula. The mini Biba I purchased was not as buttery or smooth and did not blend as well. See my comment above. Also, try Mac's new Powder Kiss eyeshadows. They blend very well and are consistent. The refills are cheap. Just buy an empty palette and buy your choice of refills.
Interesting. Jenna Froese also had an issue with the darkest shade (the far left) catching a little kind of like it did on yours, like it is a little dry. I'm also interested to see how the blush performs. I do love the cooler pink color. I hope it doesn't dry out. I'm waiting for mine to arrive.

I have always had a hard time with putting a darker color for depth on the outer corner ALWAYS clean and doesn’t matter the brush as I have almost all top shelf and lower end brushes…. I think it’s my eyes mainly the right one !!

Girl I finally gave in and got the Retro Palette and got it delivered last night. Had to go to hospital today and that’s all done with so didn’t wear it yet but I will tomorrow when I go out and Christmas shop. Have to rewatch your video so I can get some ideas for it. I also watch Angelita Nyquist too. She’s a brave woman in he world of colors. I like Annette’s corner beat tho for the colors. I love all of her looks. Have a good day today! I think it’s maybe similar to one of the kaleidos palette with the peach like cover that comes a with flap opening 🤔

There is difference in shadows when apply like nb does. Remember she makes this to work the way she applies them… she starts with darker and blend with the brighter colors so she does the tech way different then what we used to

I just received this items and I was trying them on with you and I felt the same way! That blush did not show up. I had to keep digging and no pigment. Very disappointing. The highlight works though. The shadows are too close for variation but I did get a beautiful pinky look.

I’d be interested to try Biba if it wasn’t for all the matte’s. The problem is, although people say matte’s are better for aging eyes, on my eyes I feel like they actually emphasize the wrinkles. I wonder if anyone else agrees with me?

Yes I wish it would have been the same color story as BIBA not same shades necessarily but similar. But I still got it because I love her shadows. But I don’t see it as a mini BiBA. But it’s not my brand lol

This is just my 2¢ but...I think that Cream blush formula in the Face Palette+ the Mini Rose duo are *best applied with your fingers!!!* I have a LOT of cream blushes and nearly all seem at first glance you'd 🤔 they are dried out+ if you use a brush/sponge it reinforces it...when in Actuality if you use your fingers 🤌 it warms up the product& it works beautifully Again!!!!
