Dig for victory. Food will win the war and write the peace. Motivational posters from ww1. Simple food, simple clothes, simple pleasures. ✌
I like watching my plants grow and read or pray by myself in my garden:)
So great to see you again, have never really heard of the victory garden before but I love the symbolism. Stay safe and god bless!
Wisconsin Wonder Garden They had them during World War II:) This is when the government encouraged everyone to have gardens in chickens.

Yo Yo Yo whz up, good to see you and the fam today. Hope to see you more often as you can post and are willing. Amen brothers and sisters.
Thanks!! I will post as much as I am able:)
I’ve been intending to tidy my back garden for ages. The ground is so hard and full of stones and bricks that I can’t get a fork let alone a spade into the ground more than about an inch once the top 4 or 5 inches have been removed.
This year I’m determined to make a lot more progress than last year. It’s currently a little on the cold side to start working on it as I’m getting regular overnight frost. I don’t want to stress my immune system when there’s so much Lager Lurgy around.
That was a maze video clip yous put together there it was good to see it. 👍 👍
Thanks:) I'm not good at making videos so thanks!
Are those lemons in the background?
Yep!! The are big! Thick skin!
I love Psalm 91! Thank you for uploading! I have a question. I am starting seeds inside as our last frost is usually in April. My tomatoes are tall and spindly. I try to keep them warm and use a sun lamp on them but they're still spindly. Any suggestions?
Healthy and Loving Life love Psalms 91 as well! There’s a few reasons why your plants could be spindly. They really do need sunlight and they need about eight hours of it. Usually the reason why they become lengthy or spindly it’s because they are spending a lot of energy reaching for any light. Another reason could be lack of nitrogen.
@@homefarmideas I try to get the grow light as close as possible to the plant but maybe I'll try some nitrogen and see if that makes a difference. Thank you!!!
Healthy and Loving Life those are usually the two major reasons.
What if you're very low on funds with just enough for seeds and no compost. Maybe 2 bags soil????? Can any seeds be in containers? I'm only one person. Want tiny garden.
Mimi Shella You can plant with soil that you know has nutrients in it. You can usually tell by the color. If the color is nice and dark it’s usually has nutrients in it. All the compost that I have is from my yard. It’s grass clippings, leaves, and other things that I’ve thrown in the compost pile.
@@homefarmideas Thank you.
