Wet Mixture-

1 tsp kashmiri chili powder (not spicy)

Does the coating really came out as shown in video?? Means light and flaky...cuz my chicken always came out juicy and have same spice taste but the problem is with my coating..It usually turned out hard and not light and flaky...
