I have a question. Why do you say that capital employed does not include a piece of land that company owns but is neither rented nor put to any productive use. Land is Fixed Asset and Capital Employed is Total Assets minus Current Liabilities, which should include the land, whether productive or unproductive. Please clarify. Thanks.

I have invested 50L in her fund and my investment hypothesis are: small caps to large cap ratio is at all time lows(profits wise and share price wise)in the US and mean reversion is bound to happen from here, companies in her portfolio like Tesla,palantir,Roku,ui path are on the path of bringing truly disruptive innovation, interest rate cuts would enable funds to flow in US small caps and emerging markets so even if her philosophy would be wrong this will act as a tactical call.

There is an option to Buy Long Duration Bonds using Mutual Funds for Retail investors. Even though bonds may not be super liquid, MFs remain liquid (unless all investors want to redeem in same day)
