Very nice video Icecy. I have taken this bus and got off at the same stop as Icecy with a full suitcase. Being from the UK I just assumed the stripes on the road were a zebra crossing, so I just crossed over Sukhumvit and walked straight down Pattaya Klang until I got to my hotel on Soi Buakhao.

I did that trip a few years ago but used a different bus service, For less than 10 usd i went from the airport to Pattaya bus station. there were mini vans waiting with hotel names in the windows. After collecting your luggage you find the van with your hotel name on it and away you go. all was included in one price. I think both services could be a good option.

Today I booked a flight from BKK to HKT on Bangkok Airways, sometimes I use Thai Smile. When I come back from Phuket I will probably get a taxi from Suvarnabhumi to Pattaya, not sure yet. I remember taking Airport bus I got off at Jomtien bus station and took public bus for 10bt to S Pattaya rd then another bus public bus to my hotel on beach rd. it wasn't very long.

When I travel to thiland it takes me 12hours so from when I get out of my bed until I go back to bed u canadd2 more hours so I would get taxi to meet me at airport some hotels will have transport it’s worth the money because I would be to tired to look for bus&taxi

ok got a question, last time i took a bus from the airport to pattaya the bus left me off at sukimvit and i had to walk to the bus station, how do you know what bus takes you to the pattaya bus station, not the one in jomtien, i usually will go to bangkok by taxi for 350 baht then the next day take the bus from ekimai to pattaya, the last thing i want after 18 hours on a bus is to have to walk in the heat from the freeway to the pattaya bus station

After a long flight, i never go directly to Pattaya. The first think I like at Bangkok airport, it s to spend thai baht at 7/11 for Cola and Fisho. Then VIP car to condo. A few days later, go BTS ekamai, then bus to Pattaya.

Yes you can book your bus ticket 1 to 2 Days before to secure your seat or you can purchase ticket on the same day.
You should have waited to leave the bus till the last stop at the bus station on thappraya road then you could have hopped on a baht bus and gone into the city that way
