I just followed the steps here and fixed my start button. I had different button where there was no chance of cleaning carbon. I simply replaced it with other button which I had never used on my microwave. You saved my time and money.

This is such a helpful video, big thanks! I was facing the same issue the technicians said the panel will be changed and cost 3500. I asked them to do the same steps, they hesitated and said if anything goes wrong it is your responsibility. I gave them the go ahead and issue got fixed. Great video for customer awareness....

The engineer of samsung told me to replace the PCB, but I denied and clean the switch as taught by myself and now it is working. Thanks Paaji. But pl feel the name of switch so that I may buy it online for future use.
Bahut kam ke chij batai apne. Company ka log bhi 5 ya 6 yrs old machine ke ye problem ata hai to fek dene ko kahte hai ku ki unka pas bhi spare pad nehi hota🤣🤣🤣 many many thanks sirji🙏

Good explanation, Bro. I am from Chennai. I am having LG Microwave Oven MC767WWS. Keypad is not working. Unable to set the timing. Display is working. But sometimes keypad is working. When the keypad works, no problem for heating. Please advise.

My ifb microwave just the start and express cooking touchpad buttons are not working,evrything is working fine, my question is that is it necessary to remove the membrane from the main panel inside or can I just peel the touchpad sticker from the front without removing the membrane, and clean the carbon built-up using thinner, please do advice, I am kinda a novice in this, but seeing your video feeling inspired to do this rectification myself.. most of these nowadays have similar construction, so if yours is a little different, just find where the two pads contact each other and clean with alcohol, my GMC truck window buttons same thing, now they work as new too
