College in it of itself keeps me pretty busy! Finding time to prepare and cook meals can be difficult, but it is essential especially for type 1 diabetics. Eating substantial and nutritional food can really help with stabilizing blood sugar levels, regulating your internal system, and keep you feeling good. In this video, I document how I balance school and life in general and share what I eat on an average day as a type 1 diabetic college student!

If you like to wear dresses I highly recommend to buy a harness on a thigh and hang your pump there, it works really well with sheer dresses. And it is actually quite easy to bolus when you eat out- you just have to roll up a dress a little bit 😅
