I have been over there so many times it is a fabulous place it is now pedestrianised down through the town which is a lot a lot different you used to be able to drive down to the Shell petrol station years ago but now I look like different I see now that people are always on the bikes or scooters et cetera but what a lovely place the best beaches I’ve ever seen

Its unusual for it not to be windy! One time I was there in March and it was even windier than normal which made it cold in the evening time. Even on the beach, people were hiring the windbreakers from the sun lounger guy. Everyone was going around wearing jeans and jackets. I was stuck wearing the jumper and jeans that I wore going. I had a great excuse to go shopping,

We're going back to Corralejo in February for the first time since 2007\8 ish and its looking completely different these days. A lot flatter than I remember and the streets are wider too. Looks like they've knocked a lot of stuff down

Fuertventura has always been the quietest of the canary Islands the weather at this time of the year is not as warm as Tenerife south and is windy most of the time still better than u.k weather

Any hire car companies you recommend in Corralejo? I think when I was in De las Americas in Tenerife it was an extra 100 quid charge just to take the car out.

Although we’re going to Caleta de fuste, we might give this place a visit too , so thanks for the video , always enjoy them . I’m in a wheelchair so this looks great for us . Which place would you say , you enjoyed the most ?
thanks Julie, I liked corralejo better its pretty flat and compact. If you are staying down at bottom of Caleta De Fuste its has a lovely promenade and plenty bars but if you are staying up the top of the hill its a 15-20 min walk down to prom.

perfect I mentioned in few videos I would pick that hotel for location you can avoid the hills and walk for miles along the prom.

Seemed very safe , bit dark near harbour.
Did you get the ferry there from Tenerife
No got ferry from lanzarite to fue , 18 euros one way
