Aquatic Therapy Post Polio at Helen Hayes Hospital

Post Polio patients can benefit from therapy & exercise in a warm water pool.
This therapy can improve endurance, balance, range of motion & strength, all important for an individual years post polio.

I'm a polio victim and been living with it for almost 37years ...problem is in the part of Africa (Ghana) where I am, post polio therapy is practically nonexistent...and its not been easy for me in recent years...walking is a big problem for me and this is affecting every aspect of my life: relationship, work, etc... I wish I had access to some of these facilities but...just hope i would get help😔😓
