Yhwach is really a boring foe. Basically his ability is just: "How about I just win...." No kind of intricate skill or clever use of abilities, just him standing theredoing basically nothing. Even Kyoka suigetsu was more interesting than this cause Aizen at least used it to troll people well and there was a counter to it that could have been used If Kubo didn´t decide to make his Anatgonist simply ignore the damage (there is a pattern here with the big bads)

Spoilers Feel like the manga is better in dialogues and expressions especially when Yhwach gives himself voice and many of his spells or Yhwachs shocked expression when he's unable to steal Ichibeis power feels more expressive but anime does change a lot of things but some of the moments feel less impactful and they seemed to focus on the zero squad fights a lot more
Don't think so. Yhwach's Auswahlen scene hit much harder in the anime. Plus, we clearly hear his voice echo when he bestows his voice upon himself and just yells "Sankt Bogen". Like that's seems pretty powerful. They did change the power stealing scene though so that was to be expected. Other than that, you're correct lol. Senjumaru's Bankai stole the spotlight completely.
