Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3 was a masterpiece. What a great way to show the story of Rocket, one of the my favorite character from the MCU. This was the perfect end to the Guardians trilogy. James Gunn has done it again.
This is my longest marvel video and I have absolutely tried my best to cover the whole story of our beloved character, Rocket Raccoon in 8 mins. I hope that you all will love this video edit.

Rocket is undoubtedly one of the most unique characters ever created, from his comics origin to the big screen.
Gunn and Marvel took a Character noone but the most hardcore Comics fans knew, and made him one of, if not THE best written characters in the media of comics and superheroes.
If you'd have told me in 2005 that Rocket Racoon would have me Crying and cheering in a cinema, Id have told you you were full of shit, but here we are.
Hardly.
Very, very good character but hardly unique.
I’ve been depressed for 2 years, maybe more. I started my theraphy in November 2022. I started to feel good, but not enough to say that I’m healthy. On 8th May 2023 I watched Guardians vol 3. I felt so attached to Rocket’s story. I’m 30 and I literally had tears in my eyes while watching his story. After he said „I’m done running” I felt free, released from depression. I told about that my therapist and she agreed that we can stop the theraphy here. Rocket is so amazing character that inspired me to accept my life and my past. I’m going to celebrate 08.05 for the rest of my life.

@@agenttheater5 I think it was more that Thanos, in his own sick way, Loved Nebula. The High Evolutionary hated Rocket from the get go, he hated that this, Thing was his greatest creation, He hated that he escaped and succeded. Thanos Saw Nebula as a Daughter, and even if what he did to her was fucked up beond all belief he still did it to her to "help" her in his own posioned mind, when she helped the avengers kill him he saw her with pride at the end. Rocket was property on the otherhand, somthing to discard. He was a fucking Racoon that he toutured so it could think like an higher species.
Thanos was fucked up, The High Evolutionary was worse.
Rocket truly had the saddest backstory of all the gaurdians😢
If Thanos replaced her eyes, don’t let her watch Coraline. But seriously, what Rocket went through is worse than having buttons for eyes!

What a journey he's been on.
From being tortured and locked away in a cage by the High Evolutionary, as well as watching his only friends die
From meeting the only family he could ever open himself up to and saving Xandar from Ronan the Accuser
From opening up to Yondu and stopping Ego the Living Planet
From meeting Thor and watching his Guardian Family all die
From joining the Avengers and participating in the greatest war the Marvel Cinematic Universe has ever known
To making peace with his past, putting an end to the High Evolutionary, and becoming the Captain of the Guardians

Out of all the MCU movies ever made. Guardians of the galaxy trilogy is by far the best 3 movies. And rocket has the best character arch out of every MCU character. Balled my eyes out everytime I watch GOTG 3

James Gunn once said that Rocket was the only reason he decided to do the Guardians of the Galaxy in the first place and loved him "like he was his son" so, it's only natural that Rocket gets the best overall story and becomes the new leader of the Guardians.
That "stupid raccoon" will be remembered for generations. That says something.
A lovable, memorable character that's liked by all ages. Take notes DC.
Rocket byfar has the best backstory I've ever seen. His character developement is incredible. I love him. ❤️
This Movie hurt to watch so much. Feel so bad for Rocket and yet you tell yourself he's just a character, a CGI thing but no it still pulls at your heart strings.
The sign of a great fictional character is that you KNOW they are not real, yet they still cause you to feel more emotion than some things in the real world. Many of them are side characters for the main story, yet bring such heart to the tale that their memory sticks with you till the end.
I've cried for a toy that was brought to life to torment it's owner, but saved them instead by refusing to fight and returning to their toy state.
I've cried for a boat that sailed one more time to save it's crew, only to sink because of the damage that had not yet been repaired.
And most recently I've cried for a bunch of bees defending a tower and the pain it causes their keeper to see them be hurt and die to protect him.
Happens in real life to animals that are tested on, and prisoners of war.
When Lila dies it is heartbreaking not just for Rocket but you can see Teefs eyes widen in horror as he realizes he probably also realized that he was going to die in that moment too. James Gun is truly an amazing Director!
Even Floor’s eyes widened in fear and she froze while urging everybody to get out. “ROCKET TEEFS FLOOR GO NOW!”
The thing about super heroes and super villains is that supervillains get used by the pain that the world has given them but superheroes use that pain and suffering in a way that makes damn sure no one else goes through what they went through and Rocket is a prime example of that he made damn sure everyone was out of that facility before leaving he made sure every animal is out before leaving so they never went through the same fate as he did.
1:25-1:30 They didn't need to show us what happened to rocket, we knew enough from Drax's closing his eyes in pain, Peter being unable to watch, Groot starring in horror looking like a small child, Nebula's silent tears and Mantis being unable to stop crying.
What a beautiful and complete tribute to my favorite character from the Guardians of the galaxy trilogy. Rocket was really the most complex and interesting one with background and depth.
This video was edited masterfully and was filled with pain, suffering, anger and all emotions at their peak. A perfect sense of quotes along with scene selection as well. I really felt this tribute captured Rocket’s journey in all angles.

I think we all drift through this galaxy feeling quite lost at times. Feeling like its all hopeless. We let trauma and fear control us in hopes of not getting hurt.
I think we can all learn a little something from Rocket’s story, at some point we have to stop and confront it. In order to both find ourselves as well as make peace with what we’ve been through.

One of my favorite mcu characters, loved how Bradley Cooper brought him to life in the Guardians and loved how he translated his personality to live action from the comic pages. It was tearful and just as satisfying to hear "I am Iron Man" to "Avengers Assemble" and "The Name Is Rocket, Rocket Raccoon"❤
Sean Gunn was the body actor for rocket so shoutout him too. he did a great job bringing rocket to life thru the body language
This utterly broke my heart. Having seen only part of the film franchise, the story was all new to me and is incredibly powerful . It seems to be suffering and love that shapes the most profound and worthy characters.

The only one of them who could even begin to understand what Rocket went through in Nebula. Both their "fathers" were irredeemable monsters.

My fav Marvel movie hands down. What a wave of emotions. Guardians of the Galaxy as been my favourite MCU series and I’m glad this one was able to “revive” the MCU. I appreciate you hard work. The MCU is such a strange beast
You'd expect characters like Tony Stark, Steve Rodgers, and Peter Parker to have the most impactful, dramatic, and emotional arcs but you'd never expect characters like Rocket Raccoon and Loki to have arcs that are on par with them.
A rarely comment on youtube vids but couldn't watch this and not comment , by far the best tribute to a marvel character ive ever come across on CZcams , love rockets story and this video covers it all , big 👍from the 🇬🇧

This is about the 9/10 time I have watched this and you know what.... those bloody ninja onions still find me. Rocket speaks to so many on so many levels. From the first time I saw him Marvel Preview 7 when they still wanted to name him Rocky(going on 30 years now, 47 since its was first published.) I knew Rocket would always have a special place in my heart.

Watching a son reunite with his soldier father doesn't make me cry. Watching a puppy being raised by a family gets me a little misty eyed. But this whole video had me balling my eyes out. His story is so realistic and relatable to the point where you need some time to pass in order to watch volume three again

I can definitely relate to rocket I had a lot of anger as a child to the point I got hospitalized for violent tendacys against teachers as a child and was strapped to beds, force fed pills, thrown into a padded room. They had me on so much I would actually hallucinate, I can remember seeing the black hair woman in the mirror every month, also seeing energied figures and calling them bubblebuddy(from SpongeBob) then years later having best friends that died from suicide. I've always felt like a test subject to the world. Becoming extremely numb to all the pain.
