- My RX100's carburetor had issues like overflow, starting trouble, low power in low-end and mid RPMs, gasket leakage, and missing in high RPMs. I wanted to change the carb, but I stumbled upon Natco's carburetor repair kit. Giving it a try.

മാക്സിമം പഴയ jet, atomiser തന്നെ use ചെയ്യുക. പുതിയ പഴയതിന് അത്രക്ക് പോരാ. പവർ വ്യത്യാസം വരും. പഴയ ജപ്പാൻ കാർബ്‌ നല്ല വിലക്ക് എടുക്കാൻ കുറെ ആളുണ്ട് പക്ഷെ കിട്ടാനില്ല. ഞാൻ കിട്ടാത്ത പാർട്സ് collect ചെയ്തു വെച്ചിരിക്കാണ്

16 വര്‍ഷം മുമ്പ് വണ്ടി വാങ്ങിയപ്പോ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന carb ആണിത്. ഇതുവരെ മാറിയിട്ടില്ല. ബൈക്ക് ന്റെ ഒറിജിനൽ ആണെന്ന് തന്നെയാണ് എന്റെ നിഗമനം. കാരണം നല്ല Quality ഉണ്ട്. പണ്ട് ഈ വണ്ടി പണിഞ്ഞത് RX100 ല്‍ പുലികള്‍ ആയ tuners ആയിരുന്നു. അവരും ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു അഭിപ്രായം പറഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല.
Main ജെറ്റ് ഒറിജിനൽ തന്നെ ആണ് ഇപ്പോഴും. ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന missing ഒക്കെ മാറി. Starting trouble മാറി. High rev band ല്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന missing പോയി. പിന്നെ full throttle ഓടിക്കാറില്ല. Piston seize ആകാൻ lean ആയി ഓടി overheat ആകണം, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ 2T oil ഇല്ലാതെ ഓടണം. എന്തായാലും കുറച്ച് നാൾ ഓടി നോക്കാം. പണി ആണെങ്കിൽ മാറ്റാം. Carb മാറാൻ വേണ്ടി പ്ലാൻ ചെയ്ത സമയത്ത് കിട്ടിയ kit ആണ്. Giving it a try.
