Jo Sopala is CEO of The British Society of Echocardiography, a registered charity which represents clinical echocardiography professionals working at all levels and in all areas of the field. She uses running to clear her mind and to set herself goals, which she then translates into her work.
Jo’s talking to Ant about how she coaches and mentors the people she works with and how she uses a coach to help to develop both her running and her leadership skills.
