Buddy had a radio station too. He would take calls and talk about recent state politics to locals. Some of them were crazy, some were smart, all were old. I had family who would listen to him in the car. I miss Buddy.

I thought the definition of "Political Arrest" and "Political Prisoner" is that they are charged with crimes against the current regime, with the implication that it's more a case of their resistance to those in power causing their woes?
I remember Larry Craig stated he had a WIDE stance and that is how his foot might have ended up crossing under the cubical wall into the next space. As for me, my paints confine my stance if they are around my knees. If I let them drop down to my ankles I can effect a much wider stance, my point being who while wearing an expensive suit lets their paints drop and drag on the floor of a public bathroom in an airport? Those places are nasty.

Well, we had one president impeached and the sucessor was cought in a tape asking for a business man to buy the silence of a congressman in jail (but he got away with that)... speaking of jail, we got over 20 politicians arrested... in the last year and half or so.

I don't believe R. Budd Dwyer's arrest was really shocking, it was more his death that served as a major shock, especially considering he was found to be innocent of the crime he was arrested for. Just an observation, even though he was just a honorable mention I don't think he really belongs on this list, but that's just my opinion.
