Susan was sooo good as Cecile, but I think Nancy was stronger and def made her more womanly (vs ingenue). It's rare I like the second better. Judith light comes to mind. Monica on GH. Usually it's not the case (preferred all original Brooks on Y&R, even though Leslie and Chris recasts were good). I'd consider the Rachel's (strasser Wyndham) a draw. The Alice's, like EON,s Nicole's, got lesser with each recast,

I liked Joey and Eileen. Loved actress. Viki Dawson and Ray Liotta together wish they would've kept her. Did see her on one of my other favorite soaps besides the great another world. Viki was also on as the world turns where she played dee. I believe that she was the original actress 2 play her . She also did 1 of my favorite horror films called the prowler. Which I now own on DVD before that I saw it in theaters with my father back in 1981. Ironically former soap executive producer Chris goutmen. As well as Lisa's ex earl Mitchell played by actor Farley granger. Who also did one life to live. Was in that great film . The latter played the horror bad guy in that sorry Lisa LOL. anyway liked Joey and Eileen better but I did get used 2 Joey and kit. On another world. The actress who played kit did a brief stint on another favorite of mine guiding light back in 1984. As another medical person of course she played a nurse on AW. It's called type casting don't know whatever happend to both actresses who played both Eileen and kit if anyone knows please post on the comment board. I know Ray still acts he is still in the acting business. So glad that 2 of my favorite bay city aka AW. Actresses were hired by 2 of my other favorite soaps respectively. Both as the world turns. And guiding light. 2 bad all of the better soaps are all gone because all 3 networks want 2 play favorites and keep the terrible terrible ones. Nothing but 4 crappy written ones now so sad they will never have the class that real good soaps like. Another world. Especially another world . As well as as the world turns. Guiding light. Search for tomorrow. Capitol Ryan's hope loving/ the city. The doctors. Love of life . One life to live the edge of night . All my children. Santa Barbara. Sunset Beach or generations had and still have as far as I'm concerned .mainly. AW. GL. ATWT. SFT. As well as the 2 another world spinoff. Texas and somerset. All of those soaps were better well written better stories. Better actors and actresses better everything . Mac Cory's toast every holiday was pure legend. The way he would look into the camera the way he and another world would include the audience. Was magical no devil nonsense like on crappy days of our lives. That's the trash that NBC should've canceled besides passions . Not another world. Or. Search for tomorrow. Or even generations . The latter only got 2 years but trashy days gets a billion chances despite its laughable 1.0 to 1.1 ratings haha good 4 them .CBS should've gotten rid of young and restless and bold and beautiful and kept guiding light. And as the world turns. And capitol . But anything 2 pander 2 the bell family. Lord forbid if anything was 2 happend to crappy young and restless or bold and beautiful. Daytime sucks now. Well daytime no longer exist because the real better soaps with so much better storytelling are now all gone . Those 4 remaining crappy poorly written pieces of crap should've all been gone especially with the very dangerous messages that they are sending 2 all the young people out there. It's OK 2 rape women like Luke Spencer or run people off the road and kill them like Thomas Forrester or be a very violent remorseless killer like Ben from days. Or a bully who got a young person killed aka Colleen like victor Newman did yet the networks continue 2 fight 4 these types of shows that are not even entertaining look at the message that they are sending. And yet you are all picking on Dave Chapelle. Only in amerikkka can a mostly white soap writers get away with shit but if a person of color opens his or her mouth then all of a sudden there is a problem.. just die already daytime good riddance be so glad when the heavenly father returns no more crappy dangerous.
