Man, I tell you something. Seeing those young children worshipping our Lord was so powerful. Children are so innocent and their faith is so real. I loved seeing those children lift their hands to praise God...it was so passionate and powerful. I thank God for each of those kids in the Lakewood choir.
I was a member of the choir during those days at Lakewood Church (the old building) and it was a phenomenal experience. I’m thankful to have been part of a great worship team! Much love to Lakewood for giving me the honor! 🙏🏼🙌🏼

did you know a kid his name was Leo "buddy" tyler? His dad was Leo Tyler. His dad was on staff at lakewood? my dad used to be personal friends with leo and his family. Leo (and buddy) are awesome. I spent countless summer days in 2002 and 2003 up there when I lived in Louisiana.

By putting him first in my life, I have been blessed way to much to describe here. I'm a pro musician (more than just Christian stuff, metal, rock, blues, mostly metal though) I don't sing to God. I worship him by singing.I don't just pray. I come before God with all of my crap. I display God's perfect love with EVERYTHING I DO.Wether that's heavy metal or worship music.

So really the only way music can be considered "sinful" or "improper for the alter" is if man makes it that way and clearly this song isn't.

He is simply waiting on humanity to realize that ALL things/people were reconcilled back to Him and put back under His rule at the cross of Calvary thru Jesus Christ..the only thing that really seperates people/music from God is man's mindset and clearly your mindest is far from God..
