Greetings.
The year is 3000, mankind has achieved great things including the creation of humanoid beings (the cross between a human being and Artificial Intelligence), which has given birth to a superhuman race. 💪 🦾
Now it’s time to explore the vast Universe 🚀 beyond the Moon and Mars, you are one of the few pre-selected to go on a space mission to the Andromeda Galaxy more specifically to one of the extragalactic planets in search of signs of Alien life and to colonize it. It’s a one-way trip. There’s no return.
The training is long, complex, gruesome. You will be pushed to your absolute limit. Some of the training involves being able to freedive for up to five hours. You have signed all the waivers and passed the physical and today is your first day of training. The instructions are simple, you will be submerged underwater for five hours, but since this is your first day of training, you WILL NOT breath-hold dive yet (diving without a breathing apparatus), you will only be held underwater in complete dive gear 🤿, however, over time you’re expected to gradually learn techniques to rely only on the air in your lungs.
Only those who are able to achieve this monumental task will be the final chosen to go on the space mission and effectively catapulting yourself to humankind's history.

Am I the only one feeling anxious about how far the surface is? It feels like someone tied you up and is letting you sink in seclusion. Like, your final moments and this is all you'll see.
I feel anxious when I’m far from the surface too, thank goodness for scuba gear!

Beautiful video. I let this play start to finish while at work. I'll be playing it alot. Personally I love doing this myself when scuba diving. Nothing like laying down on thhe seabed and looking up watching all the bubbles while taking long, slow, deep breaths. So soothing. Beautiful video.

The sound is the right one to initiate a trance state of mind specially in sleep state…, however, if I maybe so bold as to humbly point out how to improve it…it would be to slow the flow of bubble sounds. They sound like fast cars on a highway. If they slow down like when a hand gently passes through water creating bubble sounds and then gently another pass of gentle bubbles passes slowly thereafter….it would be TRANSCENDENT!!!
I tried slowing it in my settings and the best one is only at 0.75 which is slightly better but still too fast. Thank you for letting me share. I did give it a thumbs up. Thank you.
