We had a similar situation with a huge bee colony that moved into our home extension that was a school for many years in Scotland UK. The laird of the land contacted me and recommended a bee specialist locally. I asked the specialist for advice and he offered to remove the whole colony for free as long as he could keep the colony. Of course we agreed, and he came with his assistant and carefully removed the queen and almost all of the bees. The stragglers eventually moved on. I still have the pictures of them removing the colony. As for the money, sorry but I think I would have kept it. I feel bad about that but needs must! ❤

We found some bizarre things in our new home including a safe, which was empty, an entire tent, records, boxes and boxes of wall tiles but by far the most coincidental was a cassette tape in a cupboard. My son is a huge "Britpop" fan and joked that it would be perfect if the tape was Britpop, l put it in my player and we were both speechless as for the next 90minutes we heard Blur, Oasis and a whole host of other songs from my youth! He certainly got his wish! Interestingly we haven't been able to get into the loft space yet as the opening is as yet inacessable, lm not sure if lm excited or a little apprehensive of what we may find.

I really enjoyed this video and am sharing what happened to me in my first Apt after moving out my Parents' Home at age 19. I had wanted a first floor unit but seeing this place, I chose to rent it, in the 4th floor of an old house. It had been renovated into 4 Apts so I was in the attic. I was truly enjoying my new space, lounging on the couch after work one evening when it looked like my carpet moved. I took a closer look and saw close to a dozen bees crawling across the carpet. I jumped back and called my Parents. They said for me to just kill them because there were so few, it would not be a big deal. I sat back down on my couch and began hearing buzzing. I pulled open my curtains and there were many more than a dozen on the window. I took care of all that I saw because I'm highly allergic to stings. When I got up the next morning and opened my
door from my bedroom to the living room, the carpet was now covered with them and they had started to swarm. I grabbed my cat, called in sick to work and drove to my Parents house. I called the Landlord but they did not want to come out. My words got a little stronger because of my allergy so they came out that day. They could not believe how infested the Apt walls were. They told me the bees had built their nest throughout the insulation in all the walls. They didn't feel like there was a choice to try and save them because insulation is so hard to work with and they did not want them to enter any of the other Apts. Once they were finished, they told me there could have been close to 50,000 that were removed. I moved back in with my Parents and began looking for another place. I prayed a whole lot when this was going on because I knew I could trust GOD to take care of things for me. HE answered my prayer and has kept me growing in my FAITH ever since.

I had a friend who broke up with her boyfriend and moved on with her life. One day she came home from work to discover footprints on her hallway wall. I was over and asked her what was going on with the footprints. We used a ladder to look in the ceiling and were shocked at what we found. A mattress, candle and drink bottles were above her bedroom. When we investigated further we found holes drilled in ceiling above her bed, in the shower, loungeroom, other bedrooms. We called the police. It turned out her ex was living in her roof space and watching her through the peep holes. Super scary. He somehow realised he had been discovered and did not come back after that.

I once lived in a duplex, nice place but there were always lots of bees in the back garden. The house next door had been abandoned for years, and it turned out that their garage with an upstairs apartment was completely taken over by a massive beehive, 15-20 thousand. A beekeeper got them out. I didn't mind them, but they went after my dog a few times, so they had to go.

I will put them in the wall in a leather pouch behind the sheet rock for the next owner to find with a note that says that there is more gold buried deep somewhere on the property but with some extremely veg information on its location. They will learn that its all a prank when they have the fake gold coins checked for their value and its determined that its just lead coins that where gold plated.

Knowing that the owner had died such a way, and by the looks of the house no one was helping her.... where were the relatives when she needed them? And why didn't they at least come in and clean up to be sure they attained keepsakes before selling? It seems they weren't involved at all. However, I agree that it would be best to try to find her relatives to give them this wealth... But even more important, I would also save her other keepsakes and valubles, which should be worth more than the cash to her relatives, who should love her. I'm just saddened that is sounds and looks like she was suffering alone in the end of her life and I just would hope that giving these items to her loved ones would give them comfort. And I certainly would hope that they treasured the keepsakes more the cold hard cash, but that they would be be grateful to her. RIP. We only have one set of parents, and they gave us life. No matter what our problems are, we should seek a relationship with them. Not only did they give us life, but they raised us, took care of us, fed us, clothed us, taught us.... God bless.

The house at 12:05 raises some extremely concerning questions - Not only respect of buying a house with an unmoveable tenant, but more *how* and *why* that tenant is there and why there seems to be such a strong onus on any potential buyer *not* being able to inspect their quarters and check on/meet the person(s) in question? Personally, I think there's a potentially *serious* safeguarding issue here... ⚠

I would've kept the money. Sorry but I need a car so that's what I would've used the money for.

The person who got the money did not deserve it because of the state of the house. Imagine if the previos owner was old and left alone to die. Why give away his or her money to any family who was not there to carece for them? Keep it or give it to the homeless or an orphanage

I’d have kept the money also. There are some major house repairs needed and that money would definitely help!

If you think about it the person that the money belonged to was the deceased owner of the property.

I would try to at least find its owner and I would keep digging until I found him or her. That’s a lot of money to have sitting around.
