Great instructions but how to open the child lock?

You have to push the little macaroni shaped thing IN and slide it around! It's not especially intuitive but once you figure it out, it's super easy.

At 0:45 looks like it is very easy for child to open the safety belt... Or it is just wrong impression
Getting this bike seat soon. I'm just wondering which is the most stable? This rack mounted version or the frame mounted version? My bike doesn't have a rack (yet), so it would be easier to get the frame mounted version, but if the seat will be more stable on a rack, I'm getting a rack for my bike and this rack mounted version of the seat. What do you recommend? Thule and other users? Kind regards, Johnny

Bonjour, j'ai ce modèle en couleur orange. Superbe produit et finition... Mais il y a un défaut majeur, voire très grave: bien que fermé (et réglé) selon la procédure le harnais 5 point glisse systématiquement des épaules de ma fille de 3 ans. Les bretelles s'écartent et "s'ouvrent", puis tombe sur l'extérieur des bras... En cas de choc ou collision à l'avant elle n'est plus retenue que par la ceinture... 🤔
Je m'étonne que ce défaut ait échappé à votre vigilance. Et surtout comment régler ce problème ? Merci.

Het enige waar ik moeite mee heb laten ze niet zien in het filmpje: de klembeugels willen niet open. in welke stand ik het slot ook zet: de knop draait met geen mogelijkheid naar links.

you should push the lock and turn at the same time.

My bike's rear rack turned out too narrow for the tightest clamping of the seat. How can I adapt my rack to the seat?
The seats have a max and minimum requirement for the rear rack. If your rack does not comply with it maybe a frame mounted option is better for your bike.
How do I remove the seat from the rack when not needed? Mine won’t release.
You unlock the seat and then you can turn the same handle as when fitting it to the rack to release it. If that is not working please contact the store where you bought it or us through our support pages on thule.com.
What brand of rack is being used here.
Hello! The seat is directly installed on the bike rack - not on a separate rack.
