- A look at the Target Exclusive GIJoe Classified Series Python Patrol Officer v2 (or Python Patrol Trooper) and a comparison to the previously released versions and the rest of the Python Patrol
Full Force talked to Lenny about doubling up on PP Officers, and he said that Lenny meant for this release to be the Trooper, but it was caught too late in the process to correct it.👍
I’ll definitely be troop building these dudes. Awesome looking fig and the possibilities as far as customizing is endless. Great review as always Brotha.
In my head cannon, this trooper type was replaced with the viper. So these guys wouldn't even be around to be pythoned
Great review! Would like to see PP Female troopers as well.
These look amazing. Love the colors. Will troop build few of these
Great review. I like this color scheme and got a few using the various target sales/discounts the last month or so.
You have a really nice python collection 😊
I like the idea of V2 being the trooper. That is my plan as well. I'd like to see a repaint of the og Infantry in either PP or the Crimson faction. It's possibly my favorite figure.
He looks great! Waiting for Pre Order
These look more the part to me! I have two of the yellow shirt ones but they are ok for what they are but this sort of scre.... Yeah I'm into this one nice review as always 👌✨✨✨✨
Definitely keeping the goof up Cobra officer as a Cobra trooper😎 They look freaking awesome. I have them all.
Another cool addition to PP Patrol!
The first python patrol officer they put out actually resembles the trooper. The new officer... I don't even know if there was one or what it looked like. I got more of the first ones they put out because I consider them the troopers. I only got 2 of the ones about to ship because I consider them the officers.
python patrol red ninjas would be nice to go with vypra
While I'm not going to troop build, the applicable parts I will transfer to the OG "proper" Officer and use this one as the Trooper. With the Action Soldier coming with the Ma Deuce, I'm convinced we'll be getting Tiger Force Roadblock this year.
How about this for an idea Release the exact same deco of one black and one yellow-green again as a two pack only this time use the Infantry/Trooper mould but with the parts flipping where appropriate to make them opposite to what they already made.
That would be a odd but interesting thing to do perhaps.
I'm thinking about swapping the web gear, belts, sheaths, and legs (knees up)
According to other sources the greenish-yellow shirted figure is the actual trooper.
Yes, like the originals which were swapped and so on
Ill snag spme of these when they hit clearance to use for parts.
I think I'm gonna swap the two PP Oficer version's arms.
I would change the belt and harness. To make all Grey to ad to my black mambas
Hoping we get a officer and trooper in the retro cardback line
To me the original naming stands. Love both figures but the grey helmet one takes the cake for me. Been swapping the heads around all day.
What ever happened to your Nunchuck review? Never saw it post
It should be up somewhere!
I ordered three of these fools. I am really confused by this one. I get that Hasbro is re-creating the vintage error, but why the double head-sculpt? Are you meant to replace the heads of the PP Trooper so that they look more like the modern Trooper? I am thoroughly confused how I want to have them displayed. I was able to determine that the Officer head fits on the Trooper body. So...it's a question of staying in a future version or a vintage version. My thought process is, keeping them vintage, but make at least one using the modern head with the snake-goggles and having them be the sniper; just like the Cobra Island Infantry. I have two of those, but have two spare regular officer heads which I will swap out with the trooper and make them look more vintage. Then everything will sort of match up.
Looks better as V2 ...Where's my Mickey Dee's trouble bubble
It's up on my channel!
I wish he'd comment on the materials and the articulation as it is nice to know things like when the head is about to fall off like it is on Night Force Tunnel Rat for example. Or when the legs are so stiff they are locked in place and need to be steamed to release them. or the knife falls out of the holster as it is to loose things like that are more important that just a check list of parts it is like he's bragging he bought it that reviewing it if he doesn't actually review it.
Well if you've ever seen any of my reviews, unless we get new* pieces I don't do articulation since it's relatively the same across the Classified Series. As for stiffness, I heat up all of my figures right after I open them before I mess with them. As for knives and whatnot those aren't always accurate since it could be an issue with that individual figures mold and not for all of them. Even though I take my figures outside for photos, I'm nor whipping them around. And my NF Tunnel Rat's head was perfectly fine? You can go check out my video
I also never refer to these as a review, more so just showing what you get and the figure up close.
@@beesbattlegrounds The Night Force one seems to have the issue more than the original one. Warning someone of a potential problem isn't a bad thing.
Figures with overly loose Torsos like Firefly or over tight torsos like General hawk often are fairly common issues.
I don't know anyone's Big Ben who's Gun Isn't rubbery either. even if your experience is a personal one it's still useful to know compared to saying nothing and offering no more information than the box does is not especially useful.
For example I recently bought a Power Ranger who couldn't hold her weapon he hand wat moulded way to large I had to steam her hand to get her to hold it, same with tunnel rat I simply couldn't get his pistol in his hand and had to steam his hand to get the gun in.
Knowing that is more useful that some tearing or snapping a hand would be. Knowing that General Hawk can sheer in half due to his torso being so tight may be common sense to some to not force it... but not to everyone.
I strongly suspect for example that a lot of people's barbecue repaint is worse than the original red one..
Your videos seems to confuse people as they are not an unboxing and they are not a review.. So when You get something 1st I head a lot people way they are not going to bother they will wait for someone else to get it. Your videos are not completely useless but they are more for me having to gain my own info from them through my own observations than yours.
That seems to disappointing some people just so you know as who ever gets a review early does tend to get talked about. & people are not always so kind.
But if it makes you feel better I don't think the bar is very high on Action Figure reviews anyway.
When it comes to Gi Joe very few people read the characters (bio original or new) the vast majority have no idea what their weapons are or would even care, and hardly anyone translates the stats.
So yeah people tend to be a bit rude about the bad job everyone does but you can do better to be honest.
@90lancaster I'm sorry my zero dollar production value videos on CZcams hurt your feelings. But like I said earlier, I show what you get in the box, have for a while now and it gets the job done. You are more than welcome to start your own channel if you want. Nothing against that.
@90lancaster my NF Tunnel Rat had zero issues with his head. Same with my General Hawk waist and as for Firely, he wasn't wobbling enough to cry on social media about. You can check out all those videos on my channel. If there is an issue that warming up the figures doesn't fix, I mention it. Just like Shockwaves sausage fingers.
Yo Cobra!!
My V2 patrol officer came with his pistol belt upside down smh
😯
@@beesbattlegrounds ended up cutting it off
Why is the helmet white
It's grey, matches the boots/gloves
The helmet doesn't fit the darker skin tone head at all.
