Emulation on pi 400 - Redream Dreamcast - Daytona USA 2001

Pi 400 running a safe overclock at 2Ghz CPU & 750Mhz GPU
Daytona USA runs very well but frame skip is required, I think that in the future 60fps without frame skip will be possible, it's nearly there.
