  • In this video, you're going to learn how much you should be charging for a standard marketing funnel.
    What does standard mean? Well...
When I was made redundant, I started my funnel business and could not get customers. I really struggled to find clients willing to pay me a decent price for my funnel services.
The problem is that I was using a pricing model that doesn't work. The market doesn't determine the price.
My customers don't determine my price.
    I determine my price.
I'm going to tell you exactly what you need to charge for a marketing funnel.
What does standard mean to you?
Ask yourself not what you'd charge, but what you'd deliver ($25k drop)
Think of it as an investment
You must get out of the idea that some customers will find it “too expensive”
What do you need to make per funnel? Then choose a market that can support that

Great vid! I love the view on the question at the end. Definitely something to think about.
A question for you: A lot of this comes from knowing the ROI that you can specifically offer. I'm fairly new in this part of the space and don't have those metrics. What would you suggest? Using industry averages for funnels in the niche (assuming that's available)? Or something else?

    • @SellYourService

Hey Julian! GREAT question, in fact with your permission I'd love to answer this in another video. In the meantime however, ask the CUSTOMER what kind of results they want. That's the best place to start.
If they tell you they want a $100k increase in revenue, ask them what they'd be willing to pay for those results. For a brand new product, brand new market and brand new company, they'll have to spend $100k on marketing to generate those kinds of sales.
For a business that's established, it might only cost $10k for those kinds of returns. It isn't always your ROI, but what your customers expect as reasonable too.
One final note, some customers have WILD expectations that even the world's best marketers couldn't solve. So don't feel bad if something feels way over the value you can deliver!
When you get your next prospect ask you, I'd be happy to jump on a call and talk you through their budget/return.

Mike, that's quite a response, and more than I'd expected. Thank you for the offer - I have a project in mind - I'd love to take you up on it. (I'll message you from the website to follow up.)
And ... it goes without saying, but making a whole vid on that question - sounds good to me! I'm already eager to watch it...

Hey there! Thanks for the comment. It really depends on what the objective of the campaign is. Is it purchases? Cold traffic to pixel people? We also need to know at what stage they are now. Join the Facebook group if you like, link in the description (:

very good video! I totally get your perspective, but i'm wondering which industry would or which type of products of service would be the best to approach. Anyone has a list?

Ideally you won't target just an industry. An industry isn't a niche. Maybe check out this list for a few ideas: sellyourservice.co.uk/2019/07/who-benefits-from-working-with-you-choosing-a-niche/

what about going cheaper on the front end and getting a piece of the long term rev, how much % is reasonable to ask for on the back end, if I go cheap up front? Im thinking 5-10% of profits but I have no reference. thanks

    • @SellYourService
      @SellYourService  Před 2 lety +1

Don't ever go cheap ever. Anywhere in the selling process. "Lower price" doesn't mean cheap. Cheap means underpriced and there will always be someone willing to charge less.
If you're talking about a lower-ticket entry level product, that's very different.
As a rule, your entry product should be around $100 - $200. Hyper scalable and easy to sell. No work on your part.
Core offer needs $2000+ in profit. That's all that matters. And you shouldn't deliver your core offer.
Recurring revenue needs to be minimum $300 per month - no work by you.
High ticket product needs to be $25,000. That's when you work with them.,
