I bought a new printer canon GX3070. Paper got jammed; with support code 3000. Could you tell me how to fix this?

Hi, is printhead in this pinter replaceable? I didn't found any info about it. And how much resource of pages printed this printhead have?
It is replacable, from the user menu. According to the warranty card the lifetime is 80.000 pages

I have a 3050 and didn't need to install any Canon apps. Windows 10 automatically installed a driver for printing and I use windows built in fax/scan for scanning. I did install Windows scan app from windows store to save as PDFs.
There is no need for the Canon app.
Hi, it is true as there are usually at least 3 wifi setup methods, but I like the one with the app as it gives you additional functionalities and quick access to some features via the app. For sure for this model which does not have a big and easy to use screen.
The Canon GX3020 is a GARBAGE printer. DO NOT BUY IT. I just wasted quadruple the amount of paper I wanted to use on a color print job, and only one page came out well-printed. The rest were smeared and discolored. Also, doing ANYTHING other than printing is a nightmare to figure out. This product SUCKS.
I recommend the print head alignment to be done again. What kind of paper do you use?
@PrintCloud a variety of paper, but this was WB Mason, a quality paper
