Guys this is great but after you get this down get your crossovers and stay wide and stick handle do this end to end than when you get it you will get Conner mc daddy speed
I just thought why are there german ads all over the place than i googled that stuff turns out this is in a german Arena from a german first league hockey club. Still wonderin why his english is so good though.

I was always taught that your arms shouldn't cross the centre point of the body otherwise you are off balancing yourself by reaching too far.
