I hope one day we finally create a national HBCU Parade. I had always hoped it would become a part of Honda Battle of the Bands. Make it a day to celebrate HBCU band artistry.

OMG this video is absolutely downright gorgeous, musical, playful and perfect! JSU's band and prancing are the best... may become the new "normal!" I wish the world over was as happy every day as this band's and ladies cause people to feel. Thank you for the lovely show. Shows you too there are hidden jewels within the African American community. Go USA!

Great stuff bro! One of my favorite bands! Wife is JSU alumni. I've stood on those streets before and watched in awe. Those young people are very good!

I’m completely flabbergasted as to why I saw not one white face , or very few white people not lining the streets to show their appreciation and admiring support.Tragic commentary on the folk of this city.
We all need to give a shout out, support and applaud the tremendous amount of time, energy and hard demanding work of these fine young men and women to give of themselves to an organization with such commitment and dedication.
It's an hbcu in a majority black city. White people are welcome- they just don't come

I miss the live holiday parades that I used to dance in, at Universal Studios. Visiting college and HS marching bands in Los Angeles for the Rose Parade were a part of our performance too. I'm a regular Universal performer...and it was so sweet how much fun we had together with these performers!!!

Watched another HBCU march-in 2 days ago. I'll keep it a stack: Sonic Boom and J-Settes outshine. J-Settes were actually dancing...other dance line basically twerked. Sonic Boom maintained energy and stayed in unison with tight choreography. Other band was boring and sleepy. LOVE me some JSU ❤

It's a shame the Jsettes dont get the notoriety for their street dance routines like the SU Dancing Dolls Dancing Technics.
It’s because the Dolls are more graceful and classy . The Jsettes March like they are Punching a heavy bag & have a gallon size tampon up their whoohas. It just looks stank . Sorry 😞 😜Theres a reason they have 5 Drum Majors to Block them . Drum majors should always be behind the dance team and directly in front of the band . What DM CAMP they went to ?
@@honeydip6355 I love the Jsettes. KG is a great dancer and it’s through her I started watching the others. I don’t think the ones you mention are more classy. I think they are the ones who wear gloves and do the kicks. They are different. Not as athletic. But my point is one doesn’t have to be better or ‘classier’ which is really a bit ‘classist.’ Different strokes for different folks.

I was like this is old or it has to be old? Although this would have been the best for the SHC we missed that it would’ve been this past Saturday 😞....
