  • Landscape Reveal - Master Design Plan- Phase Two
Hi Guys - ever thought: “Would this look good in our landscape” or “It’s time we updated our backyard like our neighbors” - get ready - you won’t believe an outdoor space could look this beautiful -
Hi guys, as Micah, the Outdoor Living Guy has said before, outdoor remodels can be done in Phases. In some of the reveals we’ve shown you this summer- the homeowners have plans to add additional destinations in the future. Like in the Vaughn’s makeover - they have a design plan all set for when they are ready to add an outdoor structure/kitchen . . .
And in the Klobas property - The hardscape, sunken firepit and covered Kitchen Grill Island - are complete - their master design plan shows their future add-ons. And when they are ready for the next phase, the plan is set to go.
Now to Our Reveal property - One of our favorite renovations this year - the Goldberg’s Backyard Living Space. We will show you how they finished their master design plan. They added privacy fencing with gates - a fabulous Greenhouse, hardscaping & a sports court. We’ll walk you through each renovation - start to finish.
    FENCING & GATES - PRIVACY & SECURITY
Let’s look at the before shots of a ‘walk-on-in-yard’ - zero privacy and security. A walking path ran alongside the yard (a short-cut to neighborhood homes) - inviting curiosity and even exploration…. This fence design is the ultimate and the work behind its completion - over the top. (Oh my achin’ bacon) The transformation is spectacular.
    Greenhouse
Putting in a Greenhouse provides our homeowners with an environment to grow flowers, plants, and veggies - year-round. Giving plants the best chance, they set it up where it gets lots of sunshine. In the time-lapse you’ll notice plenty of daylight time as you watch them lay a solid foundation to prevent surface water & poor drainage. You can see why a Greenhouse makes a great outdoor living design destination. Happy Gardening!
    Sports Court
Oh no you didn’t - oh yes we did - Open the Backdoor & walk out on the basketball court - hoops & exercise a few steps from indoors. Practice your game, play b-ball with friends, beat DAD at HORSE. The sports court is impeccable - the fencing, the backstop net, river rock borders - transitioning into cement hardscape.
Use the court for special events - it can double as a dance floor, hold tables for parties & events - a fun & functional destination in landscape design.
    Completed Cohesive Landscape Design
You can see how these extra features and destinations gave the landscape design a completed and cohesive finish. Not all your ideas need to be constructed in the first go-round. By the second phase you are pretty sure what ‘must-haves” you are missing. Let’s check out the outdoor living features - phase one. Micah your on - Well guys, we’ll finish with an overall tour of the outdoor living space - the bones of the design, the homeowner’s destination choices and décor that adds the cozy-feel-good vibes -
Thanks for joining us for this Landscape Reveal -Well, what do you think? Did you ever believe an outdoor space could look this beautiful?

Beautiful backyard! I would build a long lap pool on that patch of grass in the back.

This is absolutely beautiful. I am loving the lounge area the separation of sitting spaces, the placement of the fireplace, the green house, landscaping (absolutely AMAZING and definitely the basketball court, I mean there are a plethora of areas to chose from where anyone can sit, relax, have great for family gatherings, BBQ’s, and a beautiful view. I love being in a special place where I can sit outside, read a great book, exercise, swim, or sit outside all day and enjoy everything. I am truly amazed by your wonder design ideas that you create for families who enjoy being outdoors. I cannot wait until my family can enjoy a place where we can relax, play, swim, and lounge around again. Thank you Brother for sharing your wonderful ideas on how we can create beautiful and inviting backyards. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾❤️❤️❤️!

Who would need to travel with a backyard like that. So nice. You touched on it, but I wonder what the owners use the most, or wish they had added? Or is there anything unexpected about the space that they really like? Is there a spot that seems to get the most usage? It seems like they built it in phases. Maybe they addressed things as they returned to the project.
