to be fair the fact that Quinn was a shitty player doesnt implies that Quinn isnt trynds counter; the moments fog went for the trade in laning phase he was just slaped back

I played against a quinn who only plays quinn and vayne top, she took glacial and then i proceeded to kill her twice and she left the game lmao. Nothing feels better than beating a ranged toplaner

Normally I'd say "Trynd's bullshit was the real counter", but I believe that Quinn being as passive as a potato was a big factor. I think it was such a side character that the boots didn't do that much and tabi was still a nicer choice, I dunno.
Yeah. When do you see a vayne or quinn top go so easy on you early. Never. :D I can beat quinn with something like garen but not trynd.
@@janmajnik6889 Didn't they change the interaction where garen q no longer procs when she e's into his face. Like i rmbr it used to be that every time she e's all you had to do as garen is q but that no longer works.

Hey Fogged I got a question, when you are deep into your tryndamere build and you have ER, IE, TriForce and Rageblade; will rageblades passive double proc triforces sheen hit if RB is stacked and you spin in? Ty
@ fogged or whoever can assist. How do you deal with teammates that feed so much and can't stop dying while you try to split with trynd? I have been getting an overwhelming number of games where this happens. Also, I feel like whenever I get matched against a Sett or someone tanky at top, or when I get camped, I can't be as aggressive as I want. So when it comes down to objectives, I cannot split as efficiently if I am not fed. I cannot rely on team to stop dying so much while I attempt to split lanes opposite to immediate JG objectives (Drag, Baron). I am losing my confidence in playing Trynd and top lane overall. Yeah glacial isnt actually that great on quinn into trynd. Its better into a matchup you intend to chase down. She needed to run phase rush. Trynd literally cant do shit against a good quinn that knows how to use phase rush properly.
So the best best thing to do against range matchup is no fight whole game and get kills from other lanes xD

I think it's hard. You win if you don't feed and get decent farm in my opinion. :)
@@janmajnik6889 thats the problem though, every game is different, every lucian player plays different, you cant really farm if he lane bullies the hell outta you and you are lucky if he wants to play passive but you just cant step up to him if he zones you out the whole lane
Depending on what champ you are playing opens up new options. The most effective counters to lane bullies like Lucian who always win early is to keep them aggressive and ask for ganks, preferably playing something with heavy CC like Maokai. That’s if you have a jungler though.

What does cdr mean? Cooldown reduction or something with critical hits?
cooldown reduction. 40% is cap unless you get the rune that allows you 45%. You can also run transcendence rune where everything over 40% converts to damage. I figured out that in the case of AP mages if you take transcendence and then the 1-10% scaling small rune it actually outscales the small rune with +9 adaptive damage because of the ratio. Takes a bit to scale but it's worth imo.

These "education" videos all seem to be in unranked or somewhere in low elo. This would be much more educational if it were in higher elo.
