Was the finals series of what could’ve been heighington picks up the ball we don’t play 100 minutes of footy we get a weeks rest and end up against the titans in Sydney for the prelim would’ve been a cake walk and ultimately who knows how we would have faired if we were better rested headed into a gf against saints would’ve been a proper best attack v best defence

Tigers fan here, lucky enough to be at this game. The atmosphere and the tension during this game was incredible, probably 65% Saints fans. Like the Roosters semi in 2011, we played so well and got so close but came up short. It was just St George’s time. Would love another Tigers-Dragons semi to add to the three epics in 05, 10, 11, but fear I’ll be an old man before they are both that good again.
Im a dragons fan, and there is so much potential in both sides, considering the large junior bases they both have. They just need some competent leadership at the top, but both clubs are sleeping giants.
