I did it with Woodglut.
You don't use a miter saw blade on your bandsaw, so you have to constantly pull the workpiece back. In addition, it does not lower the upper belt guide over the workpiece. This way, the tape ends up back to the side, because you don't use the machine well.

A few modern machines would speed this up a lot.
I'll be nice, instead of a tape measure to draw the arch you can use a pencil and string. Man that's where my lost tape measure went! You can even take a yard stick and drill holes into it at each measurement you need and save it for next project like that.
Its fun to watch your channel and Your in unsafe working conditions but I believe you can learn from what others do also.
Like Jointing the edge of the doors, you could use a power plane and its a one man job. This would pay for the labor of using 2 guys to do that and its safer.
