Amazing how Park Bogum eats constantly and doesn't seem to gain any excess weight. Why is it called paprika when we call it bell pepper. Paprika is a ground red spice that adds a smoky flavor when used for cooking.

I only see cucumbers, carrots and Vietnamese rice paper. Everyone eats the wrong way. Why are rice paper dipped in boiling water? Just dip it in some cold water. Eating properly is shrimp, pork, fried eggs, with bean sprouts, herbs, carrots, cucumbers, then roll with rice paper dipped in chili garlic fish sauce, mixed with a little lemon a little sugar, a little filtered water to reduce saltiness,I guarantee you will crave it forever after eating it 😁
