Dude I feel so bad for Dez Bryant that call was BS it was so a catch
Nick VanAnda r u a cowboys fan?
Carter Jones no im a Vikings fan #SKOL
Even it would was a catch he was still down at the 1 yard line. His knee hit the ground before before he crossed the goaline
Your answer makes no sense at all, it would have been 1st and goal at the 1 yard line. No one cares if his knee hit the ground.
It's a BS rule IMO but like the tuck rule it's technically correct they screwed over my lions the previous week though so I thought it was karma.
Bad call Brady fumbled
no he did not
Dhruv Mamgain yes he did?
Dhruv Mamgain he CLEARLY fumbled...
And he tripped the guy who went to get it which wasn't called
SparkleGirl intentionally tripping is a flag dumb bitch
All three calls were wrong.
Chris Chase, actually based on the rule book #3 was correctly called
#1 was wrong
Kyle Patterson. Objectively speaking, Bryant was down (right elbow) before the ball ever came loose. Down by contact.
The receiver must maintain possession of the football when hitting the ground. It popped up as soon as it hit the ground.
but his elbow touched first just like if any other time someone's knee or elbow touches the ground play over there's picture proof of him being down before the ball moves
Dez Bryant caught that
I'm a huge packer fan however I do agree that was a catch
NOS Crispi but even still, it would have given the chance for an easy cowboys TD and a game win
Michael Kroll yeah it would lol
DedShot773 idk I don't watch cowboys football so it doesn't matter to me anyways lol 😂
+Xaiver Beaudin the lions suck
As a huge packers fan is have to say that Dez caught it but I'm more than sure that Green Bay could've came back after that to win the game either way. And seeing that Fail Mary again hurts my soul...
i feel you man, it hurt seeing that call, i thought it was going to be ruled an interception for sure
I'm a pack fan too and it was caught I feel bad for Dez
ShrimpOnTheBobby I honestly am not too fond of the packers but that fail mary call by the refs was sickening
NFL fan logic feel bad for Dez playing in a game he shouldn't be in. but with Detroit nothing
I hate seeing that video (#1).....that was just unbelievable! packers came down with the ball and after that were on the ground he takes it out of his hands under the pile and acts like he caught it???? I was so devastated when i saw that😵😵😵😵
Same...
+Jaydon I'm a Seahawks fan but I still think it was wrong
Cool
Go pack go
first of all, according to the rules it was a touchdown. yes, the packers player got his hands on it first, and yes, he had a better grip on it than the seahawks player the entire time, BUT the seahawks player came down with the ball first. nothing that happened before or after matters. both had their hands around the ball with a seattle player with his feet on the ground. that's a touchdown...secondly, you're whining about the result of a relatively inconsequential early season game IN THE SAME VIDEO as where the packers greatly benefited from a dubious call in a huge game against the lions? seriously?
Good job ur getting more subs, I was one of ur first n I wanna see ur channel grow, n it is🙌🏽
Thanks
Cool vid
same
Dez caught the ball. We Cowboys fans were robbed of seeing our team have a shot at going to a Super Bowl for the first time since 1996. And to see how upset he was after just makes it even worse. You can see in his face how much it meant to him.
Meanwhile when someone else cries or gets injured they feel bad for them. But cause Romo and Dez are on the Cowboys everyone makes fun of them.
Pfft.... Cowboys never had a shot...
I remember watching the fail mary with my roommate who is a Packers fan. I was scared for everyone in the dorm that night.
he pulled his arm down right before definitely a fumble
jamesepicmamba too bad and too late
Storm Damage bet
Seems clear his arm was going forward in a pass motion. At that point he doesn't see Woodson at all. During the motion he spots Woodson and begins to try and protect the ball. The fumble occurred while he was trying to protect the ball. Fumble.
Jennings had it which was bs
Ikr
tate came down first with his hands around the ball. according to the rules, that's a touchdown. doesn't matter than jennings grabbed it first IN THE AIR. doesn't matter that jennings had MORE control after they both were on the ground. all that matters is sentence #1
+Big Daddy 69 salty bitch
Andy Hayes and what do you have to say for the offensive pass interference which was blatant
*****
if all tate did was "touch" it, what were the refs looking at when they were standing over both players with their hands pointed skyward?
Listening to Bryant whine to the refs...priceless.
Keep up the good work man
The Seahawks always get their way
Fuck Seattle. GO PACK GO!
go hawks
Why you gotta do dez like that man?
:'(
Anoxi Zynjo not a fan but that ball was caught
Anoxi Zynjo lol i was so happy when he droped it hahaha
Justice served
Anoxi Zynjo Dez Bryant's a whiner no matter what call he's going to get he's going to complain that it was wrong
Dez FREAKING COUGHT IT
It makes me sad to see the fail Mary cuz I'm a packers fan
Same :(
+Jaydon :O I'm a packer fan too
me too :/
That one was not in the playoffs, let's take about number 5, worst... Call.... Ever...
Prince Kiwi Me To (;
As a packer fan, Dez did catch that don't mean they won't won but cowboys got screwed. NFL cheated for Brady clearly a fumble. Even Ray Charles could see that's an interception that was complete bullshxt
nfl cheated for brady? that's hilarious
Complete same for me I love pack too and agree 100%
The tuck rule was correctly applied- no cheating involved. Go read the rule at the time- it's clear as day. There's no controversy whatsoever. It doesn't seem right I agree...and they've since changed the rule- but calling it any other way at that time would have been wrong.
First play cowboys sure have caught that
Why does the NFL insist on giving us the worst possible cam angle at the most critical moment in the play?
By the time Dez Bryant's one was over I was like oh my god it can't get worse.
I see: Raiders:13 Patriots:10, and I'm like "it's gonna be an unfair call in favor of Tom Brady."
"Tuck Rule" play was such a joke. He pump faked and brought the ball back down. That is not the act of throwing. Like Charles Woodson has said - they call that play correctly maybe there is no Patriots dynasty. Maybe the Raiders win that year's Super Bowl. I also like how all three refs close to the play all signaled it was Raiders' ball immediately.
Also Pete Carroll will forever be a piece of shit in my mind for how he reacted to having the game given to them.Saying Tate had it the whole time and acting oblivious to the fact that Tate shoved a guy to the ground while the ball was in the air prior to jumping. Then Carroll is running around like a maniac cheering as opposed to just quietly getting off the field with your gift of an important conference win. Should have been offensive pass interference at the least, Green Bay interception if called correctly.
for all those cowboy fans complaining about the call just imagine how lions fans felt when PI wasnt called in the wild card game
Apocalypsegamer yea it was karma
The dez one was definitely a catch
Dez caught that ball - the Cowboys should have went on to play the Seahawks, then to the Superbowl.
#1 Isn't controversial, it's wrong.
Dez Caught it, Tom fumbled
As an Eagles fan I will say dez caught it
that last one green bay should've had a int. because the interceptor had more possesion and tate just took it from him
HardCore Gaming I know I'm a Green Bay fan and i watched the game😒
HardCore Gaming I agree even though I hate Green Bay.
+XaNdErLo13 Yeatt I was saw it too bro I'm a packers fan too
Yeah i alao agree he had in the air and he had most possessions coming down thats a int
no I'm a seahawks fan
I remember when I saw that 3rd one fucken hell I yelled so loud
Bert Emanuel's non-catch changed the rules of the game. That HAS to be in the top 3 since it decided who was going to the Superbowl in 1999.
I watched that last game and I was so pissed at that bullshit
so frustrating to see these plays even as a packer fan especially number 1
Dez caught it.
What about the tap safety with Calvin Johnson
Number 3 will haunt Dallas fans for years
This is my guess on why these calls were made. One guy was going against Dez in fantasy, one guy had Tom Brady as their QB in fantasy, and one guy had Tate as their starting receiver in fanstasy
JP Meyer All three were made in favor of the home team.
#1 is the worst call in NFL history
(I like Seahawks better than packers but I still have to admit)
Anyone watch the NFC Title game between the 49ers and Seahawks? Seattle had fifteen penalties that were never called.
Dez caught that ball....Woodson sacked Brady, the FUCK rule...nice vid Jaydon.
Haven't watched yet but guessing 1 is immaculate reception
CAN I HERE A GO PACK GO???
Go packs
Brandon Stull It's funny that a whole year after the first one, they say that it was a catch. The packers sucked anyway so.
Brandon Stull can I hear a fuck no! Jk i dont like either team but i do think it was a catch
That Home field advantage tho
Couldn't Brady have been called for tripping?
What about that Super Bowl when the Panthers caught the ball but it was ruled incomplete?
While those were all controversial, NOTHING is more controversial than the Immaculate Reception...and I'm not a Steelers (or Raiders) fan.
I'm a packers fan, and that call was honestly bullsh*t I remember talking about that call in school for about a week
That was a catch
Coca Cola Bro I know right
I agree on worst calls. Especially 2 and 1.
As a packers fan, Dez caught it and gennings intercepted it. After that last one i hated the seahawks and my teacher who was a seahawks fan. still to this day lol
there were lots of more missed calls in the seahawks vs packers
how about that falcons vs seahawks ending?
Parker Johnson idiot it was packers vs Seahawks
no, idiot, im talking about week 6 this year.
So you spend...
1:53 on number 3
2:30 on number 2
21 seconds on number 1
Fair enough.
wow welcome to the NFL lol
where you thought you saw it all... Lol
That's probably the worst call that I've ever seen
It's shocking how green the football field is after watching #2
The first one isn't that controversial. The rule is you have to maintain control thru the whole process of the catch. It can't hit the ground and then come out of your arms.If it wouldn't have hit the ground and he fumbled it a little then yes it was a catch, but it looks like part of the football touches the ground.
no way seahawks going against the hailmary king and did a hailmary to win no way
1. It wasn't a catch he didn't have secure possession throughout the catch
2. It was a fumble, he pump faked and right while he was bringing the ball back to his body Woodson hit him
3. It was an interception... obviously
Quentin McDonald I agree Except for the first one. It was so obviously a catch. He had caught it, then went to score. Should have been a fumble that he recovered, so a TD
Jackson Kelly He had it then Shields hit it, causing Bryant to bobble it, then as Bryant was continuing with repossession he reached out and the ground knocked it out. If he didn't try to reach out it would have been a catch
Jackson Kelly the ground can't cause a fumble. He hit the ground then it popped out. Since he was falling to the ground as he caught he needs to maintain possession which he did not do therefore it was incomplete
Quentin McDonald Dez had possession and reached for goal line
thus happens every lions game..
The tuck rule was correctly applied- no cheating involved. Go read the
rule at the time- it's clear as day. There's no controversy whatsoever.
It doesn't seem right I agree...and they've since changed the rule-
but calling it any other way at that time would have been wrong.
If Dez Bryant did caught it, he would have been a yard short of the endzone. Down by contact at the one.
John Holloway there was like 4 mins in the game, Murray would've just ran it in lol
John Holloway catch*
1:19 "this the end" of a refs career
It doesn't matter what made the ball come out of the QB's hand. According to the rules of that time, if his arm is going forward, and the ball comes out, then it's an incomplete pass. Like the announcer said, if a QB pump fakes and accidentally loses the ball toward the end of his pump fake, then it is an incomplete pass. Why have a double standard if someone hits him while toward the end of his pump fake?
Dez caught that
dez caught that.
calvin johnson catch vs bears??
dezzy caught that pass
Yeah, the dez bryant pass should have been a catch. But to be fair, the cowboys only beat the lions the week before after refs blew seven calls (by the NFL head offices count) in the 4th.
Dez made the catch this call is so dumb
No. He didn't. You need to hold it until you are down, and it slipped AS he was falling. STFU.
+OnlineGod Gaming He was arleady down
+Landon Meyer But he DIDNT have it.
OnlineGod Gaming He did when he was down
+Landon Meyer Um, he didn't have a solid grip of it bobbled out when he hit! And even if he was reaching, he still needs a solid grip, and I don't care what worthless excuses you have after that. The call was made, the Cowboys lost. It's just football. NOT A BIG DEAL!
Dez made the catch who comes up with these rules a catch is a catch
I agree with the dez not catching the ball
Brady fumbled
I didn't get to see much of the Seahawks TD
Dez Bryant is only controversial to Cowboys fans. That is the rule. They have been calling it that way for the past 7 years or so.
Dez Bryant is ignorant (shocker, I know) of the Calvin Johnson catch in question. Calvin Johnson had a play just like this one in week 1 of the 2013 season against the Vikings. Calvin Johnson caught the ball inside the 5, got both feet down, took another step, reached the ball across the goal line, and then barely juggled the ball when it hit the ground. It was deemed that he "did not maintain control of the ball through the process of the catch," even though by rule getting two feet down and making a football move makes you a runner. Calvin Johnson got two feet down, took a step, and lunged for the goal line, which of course is a football move. Therefore, Calvin Johnson's catch should have been ruled a touchdown, but the refs erroneously called it incomplete. The Bryant catch is very similar, except you cannot clearly tell that Bryant is lunging for the goal line like you could with Calvin Johnson. Therefore, if the refs do not conclude that Bryant is lunging for the goal line, then Bryant did not make a football move. Therefore, he is not a runner and is, consequently, still a receiver and must maintain possession of the football through the entire process of the catch. He did not do that. Therefore, it is an incomplete pass as long as the refs do not conclude that Bryant was reaching the ball for the goal line.
Remember Dez Caught it
Dez caught it
Dez definitely dropped it. It was a great effort though
3 examples of why the NFL isn't worth watching.
I'm a Packers fan,That was a touchdown,we should've lost that game
The 1st one he was easy to tell it was not a touchdown, his knee were down
OMFG ARMY no its that he did or didn't catch it he did
+OMFG ARMY that doesn't matter he was at the 1 yard line they would've scored
Dez Dropped it
Dez Bryant caught the ball
Gotta love replacement officials.
My only problem is labeling these the most controversial in "history." I can think of several from the 70s 80s and 90s that were as or more so. These might be among the most or the most for the current decade.
jennings had that pass picked off
Man I am a patriots fan and tbh I think it was a fumble
#3 pause at 0:59 Looks like the ball did touch the ground.
dez caught the ball
You obviously didnt do enough research. Try the end of the 3006 superboel as the most controversial call.
They only fucked up on the Dallas game. He took 2. Outta control steps.outta control football move. Now he a outta control runner. Nfl owe an apology 4 tht 1
Dez Had that Catch
as a packers fan, byrant caught that ball
Dez Caught It
Interception by Jennings. NOT A TOUCHDOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm a niner, so i dont like the cowboys, but how on earth was bryant's catch not ruled as a complete catch?
That reff who called the td in the last play refs our games at my hs
Nick Dyer if that's the case, could you shove the bird in his face please? Or tell me where he coaches so I can punch him?
Richard Streeter I feel sorry for the guy, he had to move 3 states away( I live in California) because of all the death threats he was getting. Actually fuck that he was a shit reff in our games too, so fuck him 😂
Nick Dyer don't, he was congratulated at a Seahawks event, he's actually a die hard fan.
of course Brady got his way
I know right
Ed Hochuli call against the chargers......
