I understand how you feel bout this but I see it as the people recording them letting churches or quartet groups see how good they play and thinking bout letting them playing for them That's how my cousin plays for various Pensacola quartet groups Like the Visionaries

The drummer in a lose lose situation where the organ and keyboard player wants him to do hard cuts and fills on nearly every riff they playing. Leaving him no time to establish the beat of the song.
Young drummer didn't quite get the tempo Dorinda wanted so she could flow in..... slow it down a bit, lock in (discipline) and groove in dah pocket without speeding up.
The worship team is cranking.

She sung better with this drummer way better than she did with the drummer and band in the big building at the convocation .
