It's sad that our society is in the state that it is. This government has money to go start wars and help other countries. But when it comes to helping our youth and our community's they resolve by building more prisons and institutions that don't offer any rehabilitation. We are the result of a broken system that's self serving and only benefits the rich while the poor get poorer.These organizations are a product of the CDC failure to offer better resources and create better jobs better education for our youth. I hope there's a youngsters out there that can listen to this story and realize that this life style of going to prison and being in a gang and doing drugs can convince them to turn away from these things.
I humbly disagree with 'these organazations are due to the failure of the cdc,. Imo. No edit each state has its own enhancement laws I'm not from there but I've been through 3 states.Some states charges are misdemeanours mot felony and vice versa in Maryland ended its big enhancement laws in 17
@edsherwook5196 majority of them are on strict parole/probation programs. They have to have a solid game plan for work/where they're going to live (that has to be approved by their parole officer). The state that they want to move to..has to be willing to accept their transfer & handle their parole. (Its called an "interstate compact")
