Well it's as the ol saying goes: _Judged before guilty (It could be good or bad)._ Honestly this looks okay currently (Bowser was nailed with that "Open the Gates!!!"), I too need some getting used to for Chris's Maario, the design in some spots for Mario looks a bit weird and familiar to another Illumination character I can't quite put my finger on just yet, but it's just overall... Okay. Again only time will tell.
I honestly liked everything except Mario's voice. It's just a dude's voice. It's fine but as MARIO?! No...not at all Edit: I am sold on the movie. Visually? This is probably the best looking movie illumination has done. It looks like a Mario movie. That's good. It wasn't cringe, and it was all surprisingly in character. I'm sold. Charles still should've voiced Mario. I dont know about Charlie Day. Maybe? But all I'm gonna hear is Charlie from IASIP. I guess we will see.
