I love how the Savior has modeled the best kind of communication! Always turning outward.
I love this stuff! Thank you for sharing. The only thing I would adjust is telling someone they are "loveable." We aren't always loveable. But we are always loved. ❤
So good!
What a treasure!
Thank you for this interview!
Dr. Matt Townsend!! Yay! I am a Marriage and Family undergrad because of him. Incredible discussion, I am on the edge of my seat anxiously waiting for part 2.
I hope you keep this channel going! I’ve enjoyed every interview! Keep it up man!
Truly one of the clearest lessons on how to listen and communicate like the savior. Stephen, thank you for taking the time to put out this content and bringing on all your fantastic guests.
So powerful!!❤
So so so good! I'm loving these episodes. I wish more people knew about these. :)
"Despite after all that you can do" I have been believing this for ages but this is the first time I heard someone else say it.
Thank you
The layers of this conversation are so deep and the emotions I felt are so real. I love this and I can’t wait to hear part 2! 🥹
I’m part two we go deeper and with more concrete examples and additional topics like loneliness other relationship advice.
This discussion is everything a relationship should be!
“I know the good things about you, I know the bad things about you and love you anyway.”
Negative emotion: anger sad fear shame embarrassment = needs not met, love not being felt.
We should all get real more often.
Magic happens when people feel wanted, loved, support and cared about.
How hard is it to care or show compassion?!
It doesn’t matter what you say, but how it lands. I LOVE THAT!
This has changed the way I will communicate now!
Teaching without the right to 🤯
Thank you so much.
