wow, as a solo traveller this is on my bucketlist now. How safe is the travel for a woman traveller? Any tips?
I felt safe in Ratnagiri staying and travelling alone. Tip is like i prefer taking public transport instead of private vehicle as much as possible and not to explore after evening , specially in remote locations..U can check out my solo karnataka trip.

How to go khaseli beach from public transport I'd we dont have scooty or car
Honestly, I tried a lot to get public transport info to go to kasheli beach. but there is no direct bus, form interenet too, i did not get any proper info, you can ask ratnagiri's rahatagarh bus stop about kasheli, but as far as I knew they too could not give me the proper info. The autos are a bit expensive, was charging me 2000 rs for a one day kasheli trip. ( i did not go , reason ,you will see in my next episode). Even if there is bus , frequency is a concern and if you plan to visit, go with someone as this place is in quite an interior part of Ratnagiri.
